Steve ,
This was really an outstanding tour Video. I really enjoyed it. Great editing ,content and visuals.
Good all around
It brought me a Ton of happiness!
Now I want a new micro hunter.
Best of all Made in Texas , USA.
Iam about to make a $2000 plus airgun decision. I was looking at RTI, FX, Daystate, AGT and Epoch.
I want a 177cal. Now I see this new mini HM1000. Iam strongly leaning towards the RAW now. I appreciate the attention to detail Airforce gives everything. I also love the RAW micro.
I've came away totally impressed by this fine American company. I had always heard RAW was the most reliable airgun made. Now I see why.
Thanks brother. 🇺🇲👍
My experience with .177 caliber air rifles is thet RAW has always had it together here.
Here are few more you should add to your list Brocock, Taipan (love mine), and Weihrauch.
@@allanwind295 I'm looking at the BRK Ghost. I did see the Tipan Veteran long bottle version. I have a weihrauch HW30S that I absolutely love but I don't know much about their PCPs in the upper price range.
The original mindset was the Impact Compact with a nice scope in 177cal. I like the small size and the ability to change caliber and everything else. I was just concerned about reliability of FX because I've read so many horror stories.
Iam only buying one. So I'll weigh it all out some more. 👍
@@heithwatkins Weihrauch HW100 and HW110 in various configurations don't get much attention in the US as we don't have power restrictions and seem to prefer larger calibers (.22 is the default hunting pellet). In .177 this is irrelevant. If you look you literally find videos of people stacking pellets with a HW 100. The magazines very easy to live with and they only need 200 bars so it's easier to fill especially if you want the option to manually pump it up.
I have a Taipan Veteran Compact / Short in .22 and it's been great, accurate, reliably, efficient with air and quiet. I was worried about the rear cocking, but it's been a non-issue for me and in v2 they moved that forward. One thing I didn't appreciate before buying the rifle was the anti-double load feature and I am not sure I could live without that now. Just some inspiration, of course, you get what works for your use case.
The only thing I would entice me to upgrade is a semi-auto but usually that's a trade-off with reliability and with Huben K1 and LCS SK-19 it means a fixed magazine which gives up too much utility to be worth it.
@@allanwind295 Thanks. I'll research them. 👍
Thankyou to you hard working workers that make these guns.
Awesome. Never been a fan of the mile long AirForce architecture of inline bottle, tube, etc. Nice to see this with a side lever. Yes, I understand this is RAW and not AirForce.
Excellent video Steve...appreciate all your efforts and those at AF & RAWX willing to be in the video 🙏
Wow. What an amazing operation. The quality is over the top. You don’t see that anymore.
This is completely eye opening! I had no idea these guns were actually made by hand! This is amazing, I’m definitely going to invest in one of these works of art!
🤙🏾🤙🏾🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
You hit this video out of the park. I can't wait to spend some money
I can't wait when you test the Skout Epoch. Looking forward
Great video, Steve. After my foray into the world of FX, this has re-ignited my interest in RAW guns.
An honor for you to be able to make this factory tour in such detail. An orgasmic airgunner feeling after watching it. It's incredible how the host continuously radiates his love for the brand.
Yeah Ton Jones loves his AirForce & RAW, that's for sure, haha. Steve
@@AEAC Ton doesn't act. That's why I loved him in Auction Hunters, shown on TV here in Europe a long time ago.
Hello Steve!
I live in the Tampa/St Pete area and I'm looking to support a local pcp airgun dealer near (33570) me.
I'd be willing to drive an hour (or two if that's what it takes) in any direction.
If ANYONE reading this has any suggestions, I'm all eyes!
Thanks in advance!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
for the ambidextrous abilities and all of your employees dedication to your products.
Hope to be able to get into the airports soon.
Just getting into air guns awesome informative video thanks
Gracias por este video de esta Gran fabrica AirForce Airguns.
Really miss your review videos sir! They were hands down the best out there and the easiest watching. Any plans to get back into it?
Thanks and yes!! Working on one right now for us. Stay tuned!! Steve
Watched this after ordering my HM1000x chassis version, feel even better about it now....3 days more...this will be one good Monday !!! Saber Tactical chassis is coming with it, but I think I will shoot it a bit before changing it out.
Great job Steve, tank you for your work in promoting Airguns, and showing everyone the behind the scenes. Ian McKee
It is interesting to see where Ty texan and my 3 condors came from, greetings from Mexico
Thanks for sharing. Very good tour. Good people and factory.
I have the raw HM1000x saber chassis ,mdt lss buttstock mdt pistol grip and the 16 “ barrel getting over 1000 fps with jsb hands and 960with23 grain slugs
thank you you make the best in-depth videos👍
Awesome 😮
You really go above and beyond thank you I love your videos. I will have one someday.
This was an awesome tour! I would love to work with these guys.
I've been a Manufacturing Designer (& CNC programmer) for the past 20 years, so I was missing the CAD guys/girls! Are they onsite too, someplace else, or outsourced?
Mini 🤔👍🏻 as soon as it becomes available! 🎵🎶🎶$$$$
Como eu queria uma dessa 😢😢
Só uma? Queria uma de cada modelo...😂😂
@8.54 ..perhaps after reviewing the video...maybe Shawn would remember to put the brass collar on the regulator before the Belvilles
I'm counting the "happiness" Word that the guy always repeating... 😂
Ton is a happy boy! 🤗
Can we see the Dana Webb barrel test done on the skinny barrel please? It doesn't look very bump friendly and I am curious.
Excellent excellent excellent I thoroughly enjoyed watching this one.
Wawo sir what deep review And tour
After I got my first AF Condor in .25 I knew it was USA quality. I only wish I would have know about them before i got all these Chinese guns that come broken putt of the box. Saving for my Texan next
at 8:40 thanks🙂
Great video Steve, good to see new vids from you! So good to see the RAW line are still made meticulously like they were by Martin. Great to see new Airforce offerings too, made in the USA. I see your new camera guy looks familiar 😂
Thanks!
Michael's his own camera guy and I'm my own but yeah, always good visiting with him on our airgun trips.
Good catch 😁
Excellent video!
...Steve`s vids rock!!!
I need that kinda happiness in my life. 😊
I used to work for a company called AirTex compresser that makes high pressure air compressors and Air Force has one of our compressors and one time I when there to maintenance the compressor.
Fyi their not located in Fort Worth, they're just south of Fort Worth in a town called Burleson.
Are these going to be available in the UK in the sub12 SPC
Thank you Steve for getting me excited about my Airforce guns again:)
Hey Steve, Awesome video, and there is that 850ish FPS number again.
Haha, yeah! Good call 👍
@@AEACseems to be a stable speed for a few projectiles and barrels.
Love the shot of the texan big bore before it is painted
That’s fine and good but I have had a tank in for warranty repair since mid November and it’s still not here. Think about service after the sale! Just saying
You don't seem to be doing Video's as regularly as you once did, Steve?
I'm here 😊. Bigger projects take me longer. Working harder than ever these days. If you'd like to follow along with my day-to-day to see what airgun video I'm working towards, I update AEAC Instagram "hookedonair" with that gun's daily & weekly airgun learning.
Also, I'm assuming you caught the recent Ultimate Airgun Tuning Guide video that took me 4 months to make? If not, just hit up my video section and enjoy!!
Thanks!!
Steve
When will you make your visit of the air Venturi factory
That would be Nova Vista. If ever I get the invitation, I'll for sure go 👍.
The next 2 scheduled dor me are Leapers & UTG Pro in Michigan and Skout Airguns in Pennsylvania 👍.
what about shot show 2024@@AEAC
that is awesome@@AEAC
i am siting here watching my usual 5000 video`s and then this comes on. O my. i got to tell you. I am blown away. big time.
Hey I was really looking for the KS47
Palmetto arms? But you never had one. Do you not know about this guy?
Amazing video love the work shop video
Great video.
I don’t understand, why they reduce de diameter of the barrel?
I supposed it is more heavy is better, less vibrations and harmonics.
greetings
In the video, you hear Luis say that they reduce them to create a better finish for the bluer and to get the polish to the level they want. That's all I got, lol. Steve
I like the new trigger guard. Can it be adapted to the older Airforce guns. That would look great on my condor
Great job showcasing the craftsmanship and people that goes into building these guns. Interlacing segments was disorienting. I get that it was make the long sales pitch palpable. Maybe it would have worked if the segment you jumped to was clearly related to what was being discussed?
Thanks for watching and for the constructive feedback. I realize my stile won't be for everyone, but I love it. Best, Steve
@@AEAC You do you. Always. We, as in the airgun community, are spoiled rotten with all the tremendous high quality content you have shared with us over the years. Thank you.
And a greeting to all the professional workers who appear in the video or are off camera, Congratulations Workers.AirForce Airguns.
That is a man that LOVES his work.
hello we should do a test on the panthera hunter 6.35 🙏
A suggestion Diamond Like Coating (DLC) the trigger parts that should make the trigger contact points harder and smoother.
Thanks for telling me this has been letting you down, instead of blowing smoke up my ass... I had been considering this in .177 for moving bottles cans and airgun spinners across my yard, just for fun and to keep my handgun skills sharp, but it sounds like I wouldn't be having much fun right now...
someday I will get MA2 when you get them, or a big bore, I have the 30 cal Blitz
hello i was wondering if you do any rifle adjustment to the public ?
Sorry my friend, I don't. Steve
Coooool
🧟♂️”must have mini”
I don'nt kay about speed, what I need is accuracy gun
Want work there
The filing sound like a turkey call
ert.ert.ert. 😂
The old high pitch ert ert ert, is a when never used calls on turkeys ever.
Bagaimana cara untuk pembelian di negara indonesia
The real question is what happened to Alan Haff? 😂😂😂
steve, you're going to review the epic two?
Nice video. My concern was a man at 26:11 using an air brush/wheel on metal with NO eye protection. Also if this is aluminum, maybe a simple mask so you don't breathe any metal particles.
Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed it.
I miss the offset suppression. It looked so cool
I really liked that look too 👍
Awesome video 😍😍
Was RAW BOUGHT OUT ??
Yes, Martin sold RAW to AF a few years ago. He is still building custom rifles and doing repairs.
@budfarkus He also trains & consults at the AirForce factory regularly according to the employees I filmed with. Steve
Super! Дайте мне один talon 😊
Job vacancies???
thanks for the video, now I know for sure there's gonna be at least a few of these that has human error, especially since company's are working employees like dogs, and for a cool grand? , nah I'll hold on to my hard earned money. I bought a Gamo Arrow as my first PCP air gun and not even 5 months and it stopped working, 4 hundred bucks down the drain and I'm stuck with a air pump, extra mags and a whole bunch of pellets that I can't use.
Rifle are good but with price same as Fx Impact, the latter is a better value preposition!
Most important question. How Many Orings? Lol
I don't know but my RAW from 8 years ago is still holding air just fine, hehe 💪
You talk to much without telling or showing how the dame gun shoots, I’d like to see some damage action that can be had with this gun!❤😊
👍👍👍
Brother what happened to you? We barely get any videos any more.
I'm here 😊. Bigger projects take me longer. Working harder than ever these days. If you'd like to follow along with my day-to-day to see what airgun video I'm working towards, I update AEAC Instagram "hookedonair" with that gun's daily & weekly airgun learning.
Also, I'm assuming you caught the late Ultimate Airgun Tuning Guide video that took me 4 months to make? If not, just hit up my video section.
Thanks!!
Steve
Big guy had a stroke ?
🤜💯❤️
how they preparing their barrels? assembly is not the most interesting thing
they need to lower the price on the talon n condor. at just under a thousand dollars the condor and talon are. way outdated technology. it’s a single shot. ok. there are guns in the $300 dollar price range that are magazine fed multi shot with 30/100 shot per fill range. for less than the price of a condor ss right now i could get an air venturi avenger hand pump good scope n hard case for $500.
😄😎😍😘😗👍👍🖒
I want one 😊free
I think they have ruined the RAW air rifle. Once a family owned rifle maker now a factory bastardized gun. I preferred the old traditional gun from the family owned maker.
That's not the impression I got at all. In conversing with the employees, Martin (Martin Rutherford founder of RAW and long time owner of Theoben, the family you reference) spends a lot of time there overseeing, training, and making sure his baby is as it should be. Also, the product hasn't gone backwards at all. If anything, it's gotten much better with the improvements. Hope this helps. Steve
Thanks for the feedback. @@AEAC
The HM1000 platform has been around for a long time with relatively minor improvements (from an outsider's perspective).
@@allanwind295I'm referencing all the new Chassis / Skeleton offerings by AirForce, Saber and Matrix, the 3 new guns (RAW Micro, Mini, and Pistol) and of course the much needed drop-down cocking lever. This all came by way of being apart of AirForce 😊. Hope this helps. Steve
@@AEAC I understand. The RAW Micro and Mini looks sweet and the first offering from AirForce / RAW that is suitable for pesting as far as I can tell. It will take semi-auto for me to upgrade from my Taipan Veteran Compact / Short .22. Western Sidewinder is the first contender, I believe, with a removable magazine. If reliability is there and with a bump in accuracy it will be interesting.
I find PCP airguns boring, boring, boring, sorry, springers for me every time.
I used to think that way, but there’s a whole other world in pcp. But I do like my hw97k.
I DON'T THINK FOREIGNERS.understand ? You come here AND SOME Never learn English. But you expect the the American citizen to understand a foreign language.
Raw airguns are cheap airguns .very weak and overpriced. They are 500 dollar guns . Sold for over 2000 dollars. But that’s the American business way . Overcharge so you have to do less.
They are just so....... fugly lol may be awesome air rifles but if I can't stand the look of a airgun I simply won't play with it lol... 🤢
