Master Wins, your pistachio crème caramel looks absolutely amazing. I’m gonna find pistachio paste and make this dessert. I’ll try your method of making caramel, the method I learned is pour the sugar in one shot and cooked until golden brown without stirring it. I’m always afraid of burning the sugar. Thank you for teaching us another great dessert 💕
