Love it that nothing in background will pull your attention to distract you... You keep us motivated throughout the video and explain moves well.
Excellent. That felt SO STRONG. Catching up on some of this month’s workouts and was looking for something that would challenge and use no equipment for today and this was perfect. A quick, challenging, and inspiring workout in the middle of my weekend. Thanks for keeping us going!

This workout had it all...cardio, abs, strength, and balance! I love the Tabata format plus there was a touch of kickboxing. Amazing workout! Thank you.
Oh Amy! I planned to add a short one for great closure, but this was so sweaty pleasure! I have cringy toddler with bad cold who watched me and cartoon and said: bravooooo mommy! So bravo Amy and mommy. Thank you! Loved it! :)Enjoed it! Smashed it and also was focused on my form. Amazing!

After 3 weeks of break (because of traveling), I'm feeling great getting back to my morning workout. Since it's the first day after a long break, I wanted to do something short and I loved this workout! Thanks Amy!
