A really nasty trick... 3 - 5 shots HIT Y, 3 - 5 shots HIT Y, 3 - 5 shots HIT Y I use cards that use less AP, weapon builds AP, releasing crits on a continual basis. Not unusual to see 900 - 1100 hits on a regular basis, ADRELINE! is the way to go!
Just my personal experience but I’ve really not need mine too be quad at all it still shreds and does far more for me being bloodied than any of other 1 star effect.
I have a alt that’s level 93 and I use the railway honestly but bloodied is better for this gun for the most damage and uny armor then your basically set
Where are you from? Ive heard ppl talk like this before where the last word of a sentence is always stretched out and sound like a question even though its not a question. Just wondering to pinpoint where this way of talking comes from
You loosing so much benefits from Ricochet without vampiric weapon. You can't carry much with that build. It is good for events and roaming around, but it will be hard to survive in dangerous environments. For me the only viable and most balanced build right now is a heavy weapon user with PA (plasma caster, holy fire).
Doesn't necessarily have to be Bloodied. There are perks you can switch out for other ones as well as replacing Unyielding armor with Vanguard's or Overeater's. I do that on my second character
Yeah Iv recently gotten back into 76 and it’s either Stealth build, heavy weapons, or bloody. I can’t get good rifle damage without just using bloodied. :(

I’ve been running with a quad explosive 15cr for a couple of years now and it is wicked.
Me using my two shot - explosive - 25 reduced action cost railway rifle.
