It's refreshing to see someone so enthusiastic about technology, I still work in technology at 52 years old, i love coding, I learned to code on an Apple ][e and then VIC20 and the Commodore 64, which i still code for today. Learning new things keeps the mind fresh and interested. Also i would really like to get an M4 :) Well done and good on you!
Sold my 2019 m4 CS for 22 992 GTS and what a difference. Loved the M car but 911 are truly more drive likes a super car then it does like M, AMG or an RS cars. Handling is absolutely unbelievable compared to any other German brands

Car looks amazing with the spacers, I think if you go with a mild drop with like some eibach springs it will accomplish that oem plus look you are going for.

I work in tech as well and bought my 330i M few months ago but unfortunately after taxes its a 90K USD car in India :(
My son is in high school and has been coding for a few years now. He is planning to become a software engineer in the Bay Area and eventually wants to own several rental properties. I also gave him my old E46 M3 with 80K on it. I sent him the link to your video so he can subscribe to your channel.

I started watching two of your videos today. This one and the prior one which was the car review. Your videos came up because I'm thinking of getting the 2024 M4 Competition and was searching for videos about the car I have a 2016 M4 which I got brand new and before that I had a 2002 M3 which I also got brand new. My dream car actually was a Porsche 911 Turbo S. My son got one and I've driven it a lot. The thing that has soured me about it is that it is not as comfortable to drive as the M4. The difference in speed is just noticeable in a racetrack although I must admit that it is a head-turner. People look, ask, comment which is nice. But I don't think I'm going that route anymore. Being comfortable I think wins the day. I was most impressed about your comments having to do with money and happiness. You are right on point with everything you said. Too bad your camera died and you couldn't really close the comment but I think it worked as it is. So, question for you. Should I get the 2024 M4 Competition or should I wait for the 2025 model to see if BMW increases the HP and does some other changes. Seems BMW hasn't made any dramatic changes to the car in several years and they may be due to make changes. Look forward to your response.

Hi Sai, just recently found your chanel and love it! The BMW M4 Comp is my dream car and hopefully I will own one someday. You mentioned in this video that you can't be as aggressive with the Parelli tires in regard to the wheel spacers as apposed to the Michelin tires. Can you explain that please? I'm assuming the rims and hubs are the same as well as the size of the tires regardless of the tire brand you get with the car?

You shouldve taken delivery of your M4 at the performance center in Greenville, SC. I've done 2 delivery's there my 2008 550i and my 2014 M5. I also did the M school there and they had no issues with filming. Such a great experience as well. so far theres nothing like picking up your new vehicle there. you also get to drive on the track and other experiences in a bmw like what you ordered. you also get to tour the plant where they build the suv's.
I've been a sub since about the time you bought your c63s. Your videos actually convinced me to buy my first c63s. Love the wheel adapters too BTW.

Fun to hear more about you! Really enjoy your car videos. And you are correct. Have had the pleasure of many people from India working for me, and really have great respect for them. Technical ability really seems the norm. Keep the vids coming! As to spacers, do help a bit with filling the wheel well, but no realy value and can lead to trouble. Yours seem fine.
So true about happiness , money has nothing to do with the actual being of happiness , this is the first time I stubble across your video, you seem extremely grounded and down to earth, not to mention hardworking , and extremely happy, with honest good, true, quality advise that your attitude shows. You know I’m really interested in real estate but I go online and everyone claims to have this fast paced low cost education that’s better then the next guys.
However I’m not concerned about the cost or length of time it will take to actually get into the field, I just want to know what you would recommend to someone who is looking to get started in real estate and knows nothing at all about it ? What is the best path to take to get into and become a real estate agent in CA

Hi! If you google the requirements for your state it should come up because the requirements are different by state. Usually you will have to take some courses and then take a state exam. Good luck!
