Very rare to find honest reviewers like these nowadays. I’m waiting to pay down my kia k5 and trade it in with its trade in value plus put some money down as well to get 2023 or 2024 m3 comp xdrive. Congratulations on your purchase, I’m so jealous 😂

That orange interior really pops. For most people, yeah, that's probably a mortgage, but everybody's finances are different and you say it's a comfortable payment for you and you obviously love it, , and that's what matters. It does seem like you got a great deal for a barely used car when for most cars I think the sticker is the lowest dealers go for new. Also, yeah, sucks that interest rates are going up.

I lucked up with an allocation on my m3. Bad news is they didn’t lock in my rate so I ended up at 5.1% instead of 4.3 as I committed to but people were paying 6+%. I’m still upset about that plus they ordered it wrong. I financed for 7 yrs and no I don’t plan on taking that long because I hate paying a lot of interest. But for everyone’s info, I paid 13k down, sticker was about 84 and my monthly is 1231. Not cheap but like you said, worth it if you can pay it. This is my dream car and I went through a lot of school and work to get here. I probably bought a year earlier than I planned but Bmw is scaring me with threatening to discontinue the manuals! Lol. I’m hoping they do one more round in 2027/28 time period and I’ll get the last model with manual and keep it forever. Congrats on the purchase. I know I’m excited. Mine arrived in march and I’m already over 4K miles and I have another car just for work 😫. Point is, these car are FUN. I get excited when I have the chance to drive it to wherever!

In South Africa, a similarly spec'd M4 Comp XDrive with around the same mileage will set you back around $105 000. Our prime lending rate is 11.75% at the moment. So, over 60 months with no deposit, we would have to fork out around $2350 per month. So consider yourself lucky, that's a bargain. Current exchange rate $1 = R18.76.

Well I’m Ecuador that same car is around 160K (we pay about 110% in taxes for cars, plus the dealership profit). The interest rate for a car loan is about 17-18%. There is always somewhere worse. 😊 Bmw m4 2016 is around 110K

solid video. I have a 22 m440i Gran Coupe and that's enough for me. I love the M4 but with 4 dogs and a mountain bike, it just doesn't work. I make double payments a month of 1500 to pay it off and i still have have 24 months left. I can't justify 89k-95k.. Plus mpg of 16-18mpg with premium only of course. You did really well with this deal . I just struggle with the opportunity cost of what else I could invest that $ into .

Beautiful car and crazy money. I bought a new 2023 420d xDrive for half of what you paid, and diesel gas costs me $100/month (daily driver, 10K down, $400/mo, at 2%, living in Japan insurance is $800/yr) Yes, you can kick my butt on the highway by 4 seconds, but I'll trade the shame for the savings and the gas mileage (37mpg). It's a solid car and has seat-denting acceleration. You're younger and braver than me. Enjoy, and be safe!

Honestly, with owning so many bmws I know that they stopped transferring the free services that come with the car so the only person who gets 3 years of maintenance is the original owner. The dealership could have gave you a maintenance part of the cpo program. I would definitely double check with them because I know forsure that if you bought the car directly from the owner, you wouldn’t have got any free maintenance. I hope that the sales person didn’t just give you false information about the 3 years maintenance.

Nothing like driving what makes you happy and it’s a fine ride! People who grumble and say you shouldn’t, will live their lives judging others and worrying about their opinions of others and never live the life they want. They are always focused so much on what others should be doing, that they never accomplish anything of value in their own lives. All while not having the enough sense to realize that their mindset is the reason they are and will always be broke.
    Well done sister🤙🤙💪👏🚀

Nice! I’m looking at the same trim model, the prices have now softened a little. I’m happy to hear you’re only paying $200/mo for insurance. I have a sparkling driving record and am in my 40’s so I’ll probably get a better rate maybe. My biggest hesitation is the transmission not being as snappy as the DCT. I want a more visceral driving experience. So I’m not sure. Great vid!

I paid $7500 this past summer on maintenance and repairs for clutch pack and other stuff and and around that much the previous yr for with new tires, transmission service, differential etc. maintenance and repairs are super expensive so I budget out every yr especially after hitting 100k miles. I made 5k off my Lexus trade, but after getting the X6 I started realizing that the car depreciates so much in comparison to other vehicles I didn’t want to be stuck with it until it was paid off completely, so I got rid of it after 3 months for a small loss. BMWs are amazing cars but the depreciation and the crappy service at the dealerships is a huge turn off. I guess it doesn’t matter if you plan on keeping it for a while.

Hi Sai. Being watching your channel from your Lambo days. Congrats on the M4. Looks so awesome. I have the G80 M3, so I understand the high instalment. But I made peace with it as I love my m3 so much. All the best to you and congrats on your marriage. I also got married. Lol. So i understand your happiness.
    Take care and safe driving.

The interior reminds me of sammythelambo! I recently got a older model (2015 2 series) in Valencia orange and knew it was the one because of the color.

Hey Sai congrats on the G82 Comp! Wait I thought you didn’t like BMWs?! Been watching you since your C 63 S days back when you lived in the Bay Area.
So here’s how BMW “free” maintenance works. They’re all based on miles and months. The OEM wipers for some reason are ridiculously expensive. The dealership is really strict on the months between intervals. If you miss your installation “anniversary” for the wipers by a month, you’ve essentially forfeited a year off your windshield wiper maintenance plan. It’s every 12 months so if next year you install it on the 13th month, you’ve essentially lost the last year of the maintenance plan for the wipers. I think it’s like ~$100 for the wipers and installation.
For the oil change they’ll only give you one on the 10K mileage anniversary and subsequent intervals. I agree it’s better to change it more frequently but your maintenance plan won’t cover it. And for this reason you won’t want to be late on your oil change intervals either because you’re just losing out on subsequent oil changes going down the road.
When you rotate your staggered tires, be careful the techs don’t scratch your rims. My friend for this reason would take his M5 to an independent tire shop just so they’d take care not to scratch up his custom rims.
Not sure if this is your new daily driver but if it isn’t, you’ll want to make sure you put this car on a trickle charger. My BMW was mostly garage kept and I would drive it about once every 4-5 weeks. Had a lot of vampire power draw when the car was parked for extended periods. I had a low battery discharge warning on my iDrive and my SA was gracious enough to comp me a brand new low voltage battery under warranty, something that would’ve cost about ~$700.
Lastly, go on Yelp or on the forums to research your BMW service department and especially your SA. I was very lucky to have an honest service advisor who ended up leaving the dealership. My next SA scraped my car’s side skirt during an appointment and lied to cover it up.
My experience with the Mercedes-Benz dealership was even worse and the advisor tried to charge for things that were still under the car’s basic warranty. As bad as my BMW service experience was at times, I’d trust them a little more than the Mercedes-Benz service department. Goes to show you need to do your research and not just go with the default option. Your dealership experience will ultimately reflect on how good or bad your experience with the car ends up being.

That is a phenomenal deal especially given how the market has been, you really should’ve also gotten a lotto ticket after driving off the lot! Glad you’re enjoying it, I was going to trade my Alfa Romeo Giulia for an M3 Comp, but decided to not do it due to the price they were asking and how low they offered my car.

Congrats 🍾 hope you are still enjoying it. I currently lease a 23 x3M40i no money down. When lease is up. I want to lease a M3 , but I don’t want my car note to be no more than 1300 a month not including insurance so roughly 1500 combined or less.

You got a great deal on that car for sure. BMW maintenance and problems do happen, but not as much as people think. I had more issues with Mercedes. I’m looking at the Lexus LC-500 and just like your BMW if you find one certified Lexus gives 5 year unlimited miles. You can extend 2 years for 1700.00. You getting Maintenance is fantastic on that car because it’s about 30 percent more than Lexus for general stuff. I keep going back and forth because that V8 on the LC is awesome. Close to the same HP but BMW just has edge on handling. The LC convertible is ugly and that 4 is just awesome in convertible. I also checked out the 8 series convertible and not sure you know this but the 4 has about 3 inches more head and leg room in rear than the 8! So if you have a couple and want to go out there is room! That’s a huge plus for me. The LC is really a two seater. Hey thanks I really enjoyed the vid. Scott

    Just wow 🥰🤩
So when we convert, it's *72 lakhs INR*
But in India, this car costs *1.5crores*
And that too the Salary level is wayy higher in US as compared to India.
So it's actually a very very good deal.
This car is like an Indian [in IT field who is way good in technical skills] buying Rs *30 lakh car* 🚗 ! Or lesser than that when compared to your purchase at US.
So its a very very good deal !! This car is so much affordable for Americans than Indians with a similar skill-set !
    Lucky u 😉

Nice ride we just got a 2024 M340i great car see all these people talking about how high these payments are I have a 22 Raptor and it cost me $1400 a month was look at moving up to a raptor R there selling the the $120 to $150k range the payment on that amount is astronomical also have a 17 Z06 was looking at selling and getting a C8Z06 but there selling in the $180K to $200K range payments on these high end performance vehicles are going to cost you over 2K a month for just the payment. My cap on a payment is $1500 so a new M4 CSL my be in my future.

It's better to lease A BMW normally after 4 years starts having issues. Normally they lose alot of value thats reason she probably got 10k off mrsp. Even though the car market is hot 🔥🔥🔥 people still paying 10k to 30k over sticker price. Then car dealers going to start increasing prices as a normal practice.
