Iv struggled with a chronic external lower back tilt since I was 12. Doctors always telling me to just “work on my core” never appealed to me doing crunches and sit ups so I just didn’t. Really started taking my yoga seriously the past 6 months. For the FIRST TIME IN MY BLOODY LIFE I am naturally keeping my back straight and my spine curved how it is meant to. It’s all thanks to the focus on finding my center, it’s thanks to you, this channel, this community and dedication . Thank you thank you thank you, I can’t wait to see were my journey continues to take me but right now I am just so grateful for my body’s ability to grow. I am strong. Still feels new to be doing this again and so👌🏾💞🙏🏾✨Build April 2024✅✨ This is so needed today...I was feeling so stiff and tense, having been sedentary for hours doing my hair and ld's hair for Easter hols. I was feeling a lot of aches & pains, esp. stiffness on my upper body and ooh! my!, those deep stretches was all worth it,, all the tense tight chest, shoulders and arms needed this practice so much. I feel more flexible, relieved and relaxed afterwards. Beginner here, love this one. So slow and careful but yet deceptively challenging! I had to pause 12 minutes in to remove some layers! I'm finding I'll start a video, and stop when I can see I need to leave it a day or two. When I come back, it's more familiar and I can push to the end. Slow and steady, I've been doing this a few weeks now and still on Day 2 of the very first 30 days of yoga, stopping when I need to learn more and doing the Foundations of Yoga videos or a stretch. Can notice myself being more mindful of how I walk (even just around the house) since I started these. Thank you!
Salute l 🦋❤🦋l Day - 24 l September 24, 2024 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! I really struggled with this session this time just on the left side of my body due to sharp joint pains shooting down my leg. I used to have the same problem on my right side prior to a procedure almost 3 years ago. I know my body is still healing 🙏🏿💪🏿 as I took a natural approach refusing an invasive surgery. There are no regrets. I began a new herb 🌿 approximately 1 month ago to aid in the process. It's really strong. I know in the depths of my soul it's pulling out what does not serve me and this is a part of the process. Aside from the struggles on my left side, I am grateful for the return to the breath 🫁 which has deepened and it will help with my morning run.🏃🏿♀️Best wishes everyone! 🙏🏿🦋❤️🦋

Wow that hit all the pain points on my upper back, shoulders and neck. I can’t even begin to describe the pain I’ve felt as a young woman for the past 6 years, but it feels like I’m carrying the weight of a 50lb backpack all day, every day. I wake up this way too and probably why I’m exhausted in the mornings and during most of the day. This yoga session was really nice, thank you Adrienne
Today I noticed my mental chatter at the end was doing its best to talk me out of it, and then that nobody likes me, so, maybe when I feel that, it's actually my signal that what I'm doing matters, it's helping me move into a direction that is more loving and safe, and also that when I feel love, it is scary for me. Thank you mind and body for protecting me all of these years, we're okay, we're safe, we are worthy of this.
I've been recovering from a concussion and have really missed moving my body, I look forward to doing downward dogs and forward folds again, but this was a lovely practice to open up, even with modifications! Adriene's videos have been a beautiful reminder to take it slow and be patient with myself, something I definitely struggle with. Thank you to Adriene and her team for creating this wonderful community, and everyone here for being part of it. xo
The focus on the upper body and chest was like a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos. Every pose felt like a mini celebration of strength and self-care. Feeling so empowered and grateful for this blend of therapeutic yoga and traditional flow.
I've had a bad bout of colds and cough the past few days and I felt good enough to practice today and this is awesome. I feel like it helped open my lungs after that few days of having trouble breathing. Thank you for such a nice practice

It makes every joint in my body hurt, they dislocate, and I generally feel like death most of the time. So your yoga has literally saved my life, you have brought gentle movement, and breath into my life, and have greatly helped ease some of the awful symptoms of fibro. This is already my second time doing this practice. I think my body needs all the chest openers. Some fun new to me poses helps make it challenging for my brain. I’m really struggling with weight gain in my mid section ( hello menopause) it makes some yoga poses less comfortable. This felt good to stretch me out and give me length.
3.5 years out from mastectomy and your yoga has helped me overcome the challenges of healing from that. I think this particular one is going to be in my regular rotation-thank you! 🙏🏻 ❤

My shoulders and neck have been so tight for ages, from sitting with bad posture at the computer and sleeping on an uncomfortable bed. That prone twist towards the end was incredible! I could literally feel the knots coming out of my shoulder muscles as i lay there 😂
This felt amazing and empowering, and yet my body still felt like it was in fight or flight mode for some reason. I was shocked at the sudden flowing of tears that came out of me at the final I-love-you breath. I've been going through some tender emotions, but I was feeling better. Oh, I learned how my soul still craves gentleness and love. Thank you for this special practice. You cultivate such a healing place for so many ❤❤Thank you.

I've had back problems since I was a teen. Nothing in xrays or MRI's. Yoga keeps me pain free, it's truly amazing honestly!!

Beginner here, love this one. So slow and careful but yet deceptively challenging! I had to pause 12 minutes in to remove some layers! I'm finding I'll start a video, and stop when I can see I need to leave it a day or two. When I come back, it's more familiar and I can push to the end. Slow and steady, I've been doing this a few weeks now and still on Day 2 of the very first 30 days of yoga, stopping when I need to learn more and doing the Foundations of Yoga videos or a stretch. Can notice myself being more mindful of how I walk (even just around the house) since I started these. Thank you!
Salute l 🦋❤🦋l Day - 24 l September 24, 2024 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! I really struggled with this session this time just on the left side of my body due to sharp joint pains shooting down my leg. I used to have the same problem on my right side prior to a procedure almost 3 years ago. I know my body is still healing 🙏🏿💪🏿 as I took a natural approach refusing an invasive surgery. There are no regrets. I began a new herb 🌿 approximately 1 month ago to aid in the process. It's really strong. I know in the depths of my soul it's pulling out what does not serve me and this is a part of the process. Aside from the struggles on my left side, I am grateful for the return to the breath 🫁 which has deepened and it will help with my morning run.🏃🏿♀️Best wishes everyone! 🙏🏿🦋❤️🦋

Wow that hit all the pain points on my upper back, shoulders and neck. I can’t even begin to describe the pain I’ve felt as a young woman for the past 6 years, but it feels like I’m carrying the weight of a 50lb backpack all day, every day. I wake up this way too and probably why I’m exhausted in the mornings and during most of the day. This yoga session was really nice, thank you Adrienne

Today I noticed my mental chatter at the end was doing its best to talk me out of it, and then that nobody likes me, so, maybe when I feel that, it's actually my signal that what I'm doing matters, it's helping me move into a direction that is more loving and safe, and also that when I feel love, it is scary for me. Thank you mind and body for protecting me all of these years, we're okay, we're safe, we are worthy of this.

I've been recovering from a concussion and have really missed moving my body, I look forward to doing downward dogs and forward folds again, but this was a lovely practice to open up, even with modifications! Adriene's videos have been a beautiful reminder to take it slow and be patient with myself, something I definitely struggle with. Thank you to Adriene and her team for creating this wonderful community, and everyone here for being part of it. xo

The focus on the upper body and chest was like a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos. Every pose felt like a mini celebration of strength and self-care. Feeling so empowered and grateful for this blend of therapeutic yoga and traditional flow.
I've had a bad bout of colds and cough the past few days and I felt good enough to practice today and this is awesome. I feel like it helped open my lungs after that few days of having trouble breathing. Thank you for such a nice practice

How lovely is was to be practicing this joyful flow with the sun shining on my face and directly into my heart space as i inhaled all of the loving, positive sunshiny energy i deserve into my blossoming chest. This is already my second time doing this practice. I think my body needs all the chest openers. Some fun new to me poses helps make it challenging for my brain.
I’m really struggling with weight gain in my mid section ( hello menopause) it makes some yoga poses less comfortable. This felt good to stretch me out and give me length.
This feels so amazing after the morning run, here in the park with the birds swinging, clouds & shining sun.

That was so good I felt a lot of tingling in my forearms and hands in the beginning and then a lot of released tension
My shoulders and neck have been so tight for ages, from sitting with bad posture at the computer and sleeping on an uncomfortable bed. That prone twist towards the end was incredible! I could literally feel the knots coming out of my shoulder muscles as i lay there 😂
This felt amazing and empowering, and yet my body still felt like it was in fight or flight mode for some reason. I was shocked at the sudden flowing of tears that came out of me at the final I-love-you breath. I've been going through some tender emotions, but I was feeling better. Oh, I learned how my soul still craves gentleness and love. Thank you for this special practice. You cultivate such a healing place for so many ❤❤Thank you.

i've been painting inside my house, which is enough work in itself to exhaust a body, but my frame is 6'1" tall, so I have to shrink myself into corners to tape and edge, leaving my right shoulder ACHIN'!
