This was a well put together music video featuring this band. One of the best. Had this on my favorites list. Love the way it flows into the best-looking party of all times! You guys were fantastic!
Saw these fellers in St. Louis a while back, and they were beyond cool! Weird thing is... I'm not a big country guy, but this hya BR-549 rockabilly schtick is a total blast, love these gents!
Sorry but this song title are two song titles written by the legendary Lucky White of the Dude Ranch Playboys back in the 1950's and 60's. We find them in the Scor Account by Sony/ATV/Acuff-Rose. Is this just a coincidence?
"Too Lazy to Work, Too Nervous to Steal" (Daylie Holmes, Marl H. Young) - 2:36 sorry to disappoint you but that was not written as a country song .....It's a BLUES song.
"We could enjoy the weather as long as we didn't talk." I love this to pieces. Chuck's vocals are the best since Hank W. Yow; man you are special!. xxxooo
Damn! I love this record! Why wasn't it a huge hit? It didn't even chart! WTF? Were people deaf? These guys harmonize with the best of them! And the song cooks! It's a #1 hit in my book!
Some groups dont get the Fame they deserve. They are unsung Heros

The Greatest band you.ve never heard of.Love these guys...Thanks for the post.
that's me, too lazy to work too nervous to steal, i love this band too!
This is the reason Keith Richards said he got into music. He was too lazy to work and too nervous to steal.
Keith also loved country music. He spent a lot of time with Gram Parsons who opened Keith's eyes a lot. Keith would love BR5-49.

that's what country is supposed to sound like.
This band was grossly underrated. They should have been bigger in the 90s. I have no idea why they didn't catch on with the country crowd.

They could have saved country music too bad they didn't!
I love the Mavericks!!!😎
BR-549 need to reform and join forces with The Mavericks, Sturgill Simpson, and Old Crow Medicine Show and obliterate bro-country!
Agreed .. it will be great!!!!
