I love a great way off track and perhaps a winch, but this is just so accessible and enjoyable, and the scenery is off the charts. You seem to balance well distance and time, a trick I am trying to learn. This series is amazing and I’m glad it’s only half done. Well done team.

What I like are the vistas and the adventure to get to them. As a bicycle mechanic and just tipped o'er the half-century mark I have little chance of making it to the AUSome southern hemisphere so I enjoy seeing a living vicariously through OffGrid and 4WD247. Between Graham, Shauno, Jesse, Shorty, the Dirty 30, Sooty, Rocket , Sam and the rest of the usuals and camera crew I have travelled through oz since 2014 with you all. It is my pleasure just to be here with you as you film, eat, sleep and wreck trucks every episode!! Thank you all for being yourselves and bringing us along with you; we love you for it and I appreciate the opportunity to watch bits and pieces of Australia pass before the screen and know that If I cannot do what I want then there are some who are afforded to do it in my place. Thanks you guys and gals, you are ALL welcome in my home if you find yourselves in Quebec, Canada at anytime!!!

Why I love off grid with Graham: My favorite parts of this whole channel have always been the deep country camping, making it to remote locations, the scenic shots and sights, the adventures. Early pandemic, getting to enjoy deep nature following along your eco-muse channel was my sanctuary. Part of that is the ambiance of settling in for a cook at night and enjoying the conversation of following along as you cook or fish.
But I have to say, one of the things I really love that you do, is talk about the history, culture, or lore of an area. Not only are my eyes feasting with the gorgeous deep country scenery, not only is my soul feasting tagging along for your adventures, but my mind and sprit are feasting on learning about things I wouldn't otherwise ever know.
If it matters, I'm american and while technically I could probably get over there and make an epic 4wd adventure happen, There's more adventures here than I could ever make happen and I can do them for a fraction of the price. I love that I get to experience my favorite type of adventuring, in a place I'll probably never get the chance to. Not because I couldn't, but just because there are too many wonderful things to do in a life. But, in-between my own adventures, I can tag along with yours in the evening as I enjoy my dinner and a drink at night at home, helping encourage me to get to planning my next adventure.

Graham Cahill I have loved every episode of Off Grid you have done so far. Your shows are extra special to me cause I am unable to go 4W Driving with mates since 2014 when I did something very stupid and had to have my right leg amputated. Before this happened I was born partly paralysed from the waist down but still managed to be very independent and I loved Camping out the back of a 4WD. Now this is no longer possible for me you have helped make a uncompleted dream of mine come true. My one life wish was to travel Australia like you do totally off grid seeing the sights of our beautiful country that you and I are so passionate about. The most remarkable aspect of the "Off Grid" series lies in the exploration of iconic locales it has undertaken and the captivating narrative that accompanies each journey. A distinctive feature that I adore is the use of vans, which sets it apart from the conventional approaches. This uniqueness is what continually draws me back for more. When following the same routes repeatedly, the experience can become somewhat monotonous, making the emphasis on variety even more compelling.
Additionally, I find immense pleasure in the diverse cast and the way the series presents different stories, showcasing an array of vehicles, including a powerful V8 and a fuel-efficient 4-cylinder diesel. Such representation exemplifies the accessibility of these adventures, proving that anyone can embark on these remarkable escapades and revel in the beauty of our magnificent country.
Thank You for the production of this amazing Video ❤

Fantastic, love how you are just enjoying this great country and not bashing your way up tracks. Love the camera work. Very envious, wish it was me out there with you.

I am really liking these off grid episodes. Most 4wders don't want to do panel damaging wheeling and having this variety on the channel is awesome. Seeing what is out there in our amazing wilderness through your eyes really give me at least the inspiration to make it happen.

I'm here for the Nissan. But you Graham is why I listen. You are one of the best narrator's. The knowledge you have of the areas you visit. Im 50 and live in the states. Ever since being a kid I have always wanted to venture to Australia. I may or may not make it. Listening to your stories helps me fulfill that bucket list. Keep up the good work and show more scenery instead of in car and caravan. I love 4WD24/7 and I even love it more they let you expand your Ecomuse/AuSolo ventures with Off-Grid. Just saw your post on instagram of you in the Rubicon. Wish I was out there to meet you. See ya in the next episode.

It’s you graham! The face of off grid. The epic locations you guys go too scenery, educational things thrown in epic stuff!
I have only been into camping/4wd for 18 months majority of what I have learnt has been from 4wd/24/7 also my own mistakes etc. legends keep it up! Thanks Daniel

Graham for your question about why we are enjoying this… it’s the reason we buy our 4wd’s! To travel the country with mates, experience new things and just take in the beauty this country has to offer! Sure it’s great to know our cars are capable of smashing some of the hardest tracks that you guys do over east but it’s not a everyday thing! I like to compare it to mud bashing as a teenager going through puberty, and this travelling remote tracks and seeing the country as a matured adult haha! This is by far my favourite content that 4wd 24/7 has produced and am soooooo hoping to see more and more of it!

Hi Graham I have watched every episode that has been made from 4wd Action to all of your off grid, I really enjoy the off grid way more. As I'm not that fussed on the tough wheeling up a steep track. I enjoy this way more, for the awesome locations and beautiful scenery that you have traveled to on off grid. And I enjoy the company that you have along the way. Those two do an excellent job as well

It is the way you do everything on Off-Grid, I like that is is achievable for most of the average traveller with maybe a few mods done to a vehicle and an off road capable van. You haven’t gone too extreme to a point where we could not possibly follow in your footsteps…
Keep it up, love the travel, food, banter and exploration of some of this great country’s marvels

I like every moment of your videos because they give me motivation to finish my new home on wheels, a self-contained/sufficient ute, complete with 100 litres of water, hot water, gas stove, rooftop tent, 12/240 power, etc. I need to get back on the road, seeing new places.

It's more relatable 4wding, something more of us can aspire to.

At the risk of being a bit self-indulgent here, we spent around 6 months at Alice Springs over the hot season and it had a big impact on me. The following was something I wrote while we were out there. Hope you enjoy it :)
    The Alice
The mighty MacDonnells stretch out to the west
where the gorges cut right through the range
and just when you think it's unbearably hot
come the rains, the red land starts to change
In a matter of days the red turns to green
and the dry creek beds wetten and fill
The long dormant seeds are all pulsing with life
and there's water falls right through the hills
From Simpsons to Big Hole to Ormiston Gorge
and on where the Finke River flows
the red and the green with a blue sky above
are all out where the spinifex grows
To the east stands The Alice on the great highway north
where it's half way to Darwin or back
and the track stretches onwards and touches the sky
and the road is a ribbon of black
It's a long way from nowhere in the heart of the land
and it's 400 Ks to The Rock
You'll find you make changes to well thought out plans
and you'll no longer live by the clock
It's ageless and timeless and all that you've heard
You'll find that you're slipping away
back to the Dreamtime with no need for words
'till the sun slowly sets on your stay

This is an amazing series! I love to see Australia (virtually) and the campers(vans) offer a bit of comfort on long treks. I hope this will become a staple on the channel. I would love to see Graham and Shaun do a destination fishing/hunting trip, like when they too Reuben's boat. Keep up the great videos, the channel diversification is only giving viewers more opportunity to watch.

I've only just begun my 4WD journey, and with my background being a person who's never touched a car or learned how they work, it's been a hell of a journey, even in my first few months in the deep unknown. It really hit me deep to hear your comments by the fire reminiscing on how you started with your Y62. I'm currently driving a 2004 GU patrol. Your comments on chipping away at your dreams bit by bit really made me feel pretty dang emotional, because that is exactly where I am at, and it's been so challenging yet so satisfying to make those small, but inexpressibly significant changes to my car with each paycheck I receive. Your words (and videos) mean a hell of a lot more to someone like me than you might realize from the outside. Hoping I can make a trip to the Simpson Desert in 2 months time, and this video just makes me all the more determined.
