I can watch this shit all damn day long! Exquisite up-close slo-mo footage! This kind of footage should be made in 3D IMAX! I'd honestly pay to see that! MOAR!
So beautiful to us mechanical minds!! Thank you for this video. I hope you do more of them. Could you slow it down even more? I like how you show a variety of slow-down factors, but I'd like more of the super-slow. Subscribed and Liked. .
Sweet. The only way this could be more interesting is if you have normal speed/slow speed of the same operation, also different qualities of cut would be cool in slow-mo, such as what does chattering look like?
That's amazing. My new things to watch is fast moving things slowed down with high frame rate and microscopic things beyond the normal microscopic boundaries.
so who build the cnc that made the cnc lol chicken and the egg i guess... you have a cnc but need a cnc to build it the first one how did you get super precision from casting parts and using your hands to cast the first cnc i guess over time precision from one machine got better and then better then they took the best machine to make cnc parts i dunno my brain hurts... how did we get pcs from sand and silicone when no pcs were around makes you thinkg
I'm not an expert but a lot of time if you use a coolant it can make it so that one part of the tool exposed to the coolant is cool and a part isolated from it becomes very hot. Because of the difference in heat the tool bit will expand in places where it's hot more than the cooler places and this can cause microfractures in the tool bit and shorten its life span. Because of that it can be better just to run it without a coolant
I assumed it was for demonstration purposes. So we can see more then a fire hose of coolant spraying at a turning shaft. Although Nate's line there makes ya wonder!
It's got very little to do with CNC, aside from the presence of carbide everywhere - manual (non-CNC) machines like HSS better than carbide, but every clip in that video COULD have been manual instead of CNC. Nice clips, though...! 8)
I find this video informational and educative, do you guys find it informational and educative? I find it motivating too, but not as informative and educative, this has been a profoundly informational and educative, I need coffe...where's my coffe? This video is infomational and educate me to the next level, I didn't know some debris could be blackened like that...no sireee, I think it burned a little when milled, this sure is educational.
as a mechanical engineer ... this is the type of videos that grinds my gears 😎
Subtractive Manufacturing in slow motion, very nice!
Cześć :) hello from poland
I,m cnc programmer this movie is very cool for somebody who working with metal
nice :)

nice the cutting tools are sweet, nice cuts and the chip sizes are perfect wish I could cut like that on the mill and lathe
I love this video it is so relaxing...
a beautiful film. absolutely brilliant
Soo smooth and clean bits
Goosebumps, please continue making more vids and uploading. Manufacturing at its best in slow motion
Very nicely made. The camera must of been top notch to have this clarity, at this magnification, in color.
When you are a company like Ingersol you can afford good cinematography for your promotions films. This guy simply stole them all.
Crazy stuff! Thanks for sharing this one!
Some of these close-ups would look awesome in modern 3-D. Cool video!
So beautiful!!
Amazing... Almost cried
Fantastic !. Keep 'em coming !

Why is this so mesmerizing?
this is excellent thanks

Watch the original videos from the actual creators. They do this quite a bit.
That's amazing.
My new things to watch is fast moving things slowed down with high frame rate and microscopic things beyond the normal microscopic boundaries.
Nice! Camera, fps, lenses and lighting? Please share!
I would like to have this as a screen saver.
Excellent! very well done!
You made this hipnotic
Ahhhhh, that's better.
I have had my fix of CNC goodness for the day :) .
The tools look so nice :)
So beautiful!😍
Hypnotic!
Thank you, beautiful video.
that was so satisfying
beautiful........
des hat schon echt was spirituelles .. soo voll therapie mäßiges .. absolut cool
Amazing video! Congratulations! What kind of material are there?
WOW what gorgeous slow motion capture. The cameras you are using are freaking amazing.
He stole all of this content. He did not film any of this.
I like big chips and I cannot lie.
Nice done!
VERY COOL,THANKS
Exellent. Thank You
Sorry that you haven't made any more of these because that was amazing!
Man!!! Wonderful video!
amazing
Very much so, thx.
This man came in here 6 years ago, drops a banger, and disappears
more ,,, yes more ,,, id like to see the tool that makes the tools that do those jobs.
Your film is very impressive. Can I quote 5-10s of your brilliant film to demonstrate the principle?
ASMR
You had me at 6’s and 9’s.
Cutting like butter
real life magic
........Da competizione......CNC Machining numeri UNO!!!!
metal porn good shit man !!! thanks for the cool vid bro
CNC is real man job.
Your mom is real man job.
Totally expected a jump scare.
i came
Nice slo motion. What camera setup are you using?
He stole all of this content. He did not film any of this.
good video ;)
how much fps?
Nice work! What type of lens and working distance did you use for the shot of the turning application at 1:46 ?
He stole all of this content. He did not film any of this.

looks like a computer simulation
MORE!
How many fps? Also dont u need to cool while machining, I mean with the friction isnt it super hot? Cool vid anyway

how about how those cutting bits are made
Cemented carbide
iannickCZ cintered carbide
i wonder what that vamera costs
Watching at 1/4 speed
knife in Butter...
what's the name of the intro song? :)
+Michał Rogoziński Kevin MacLeod - Hypnothis
You should check him out. He makes great music.
why so much climb milling?
Donz Milky climb milling is almost always the way to go with carbide. it makes the carbide experience a thick to thin chip load in the cut.
Because no backlash
Curious what exactly did?
ceramic insert lolipop mill
nice
what FPS did you use?
Subarashii Desu
Oh damn. Better than sex
You've been having sex wrong.

I agree
Loser you spelled it LOOSER.
