Bright Flag Inn is really good for begginer-intermediate level players. I've once lived there with my friends, it was nice location with everything you need is pretty much nearby. I would also recommend the gas station at north side of Rosewood, and Smokey's Saloon & Restaurant at north side of Muldraugh.
Country club is a classic location I've always loved, not to mention the fact it is right next to a factory storage and self storage meaning easy loot of good value and generators. With those storage places also being near gas stations.
@@Ethrianor me personally, i was never a fan of the whole knocking out stairs cause it felt too cheese to me, but i get why people do it, im just more of a big fence kinda guy lol
@@memearella To be fair it's sometimes a struggle to find a sledgehammer, so when I do I go to town with it! I once started in Riverside, searched every shop, house and shed and couldn't find a blasted screwdriver anywhere 😁
ive been living in the rosewood church. huge storage space, multiple exits to escape from, close to everything, little bit of farming room, and a parking lot. love it.
My personal favourite are those three "mansions" west of Riverside. Easy to wall off, lots of space, forest and river close by - pure bliss. Only downside is that its pretty isolated and any trek into towns to loot/scout/fight has to be done either by car/bike OR with careful planning due to the amount of time it takes to get anywhere.
Just came across your videos today and am really enjoying them. Nicely put together and very informative. I have a base already but just about all these places I have never been too and already and dming some friends for some adventures. Thanks! On fun fact is there is a VHS that talks about the hunting lodge, its a scary movie/documentary. We did go there on i think its Oct 31st at midnight, as thats when the VHS talks about paranormal activity being the most. It was pretty fun we had an admin invisible opening and closing doors and everyone was freaking out. Good fun!
I personally enjoy living in a storage unit, the one in west point, the one outside of riverside, and the one in Louisville i turned into some wicked homes

If the Hunting Lodge does not have enough guns for you and your crew, there is a gun shop and a firing range just a little further down the same street. Just one of many reasons I love setting up camp in Valley Station.
I bet once the boat is in the drawback is going to be that it’s in a super populated area like Louisville so even tho you have one entry point it’s going to get absolutely hammered constantly
The first one was actually my first ever base location when I got my first character. Died a few days later from drinking too much but still
It’s exactly the same as the bar in WP and Muldragh too
Just realized I said 'first' three times in my first sentence.
@@generaltobias3777 you could've said died for the first time a few days later from drinking too much.

I usually knock out the stair and live on the top floor

That's a great spot! Thanks for sharing :)
one of the few videos with that topic with actual good suggestions
Awesome channel! Informative and very easy to listen to. Surprised you don't have at least 10x more subscribers tbh
There are so many utilitarian "best base" videos, this twist is so refreshing!

*watching this living in those dirt floor cabins way outside of muldragh*

The entire side of the map which is under construction is for build 42, louisville was like 50 squares, this expansion will be 450 squares
Strangely True S2e05 is about the Knob Creek Hunting Lodge
Oh I didn't know! I'll have to check it out
I want to settle up in Louisville where you have the mansions with the big well in the middle ^^
surprised the three fenced off joined large houses in east louisville wasn't mentioned at least tbh
I'd love to use these "luxury" bases, the problem is that it upsets my "practical/utilitarian" PZ brain/mindset. ;-)
All the best.
Cheers.
Louisville Boat Club eh? After 300 hours i'll have to check this out thanks ;)!
I now have my record playthrough at Riparian but its loads of work
The houses near the inn in rosewood are a better base tbh, the gate outfront is easily blockable, and they have large backyards for farming in safety.
Its hard to find that military lounge 😢😢😢
Tbh I use the RV interior mod and live in an RV most of the time😭
I cleared out a neighborhood with plungers because i couldn't find any ither weapons
That mam is a river!
I’d live in the luxury boat 🛥️ 😂
Yeah the boat is nice! I'm excited for that area
