After releasing two EPs, the band has continued on to finish their third release "In The Face Of Death." (UN)WORTHY has one goal, to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ in Heavy Metal. Off their NOV. 2021 EP, this is UNBREAKABLE.

Awesome I love it. I am lead vocals/ rhythm guitarist in a Christian metal band. I've found that as much hate as I get in metal community I am usually shown just as much love too. At the end of the day it's all about getting God's word to people. Stay strong!

@Ashley Waizenhofer being hated or loved by people doesn't matter to me. If you hear the word of God because of my music then I've done what I set out to do. I do get some hate, but overall people really dig it.

@UnWorthy Band As a former musician, I understand how negative comments can be devastating. Try not to let the comments about the vocals get to you. I'm sure you already know that you need tough skin to make it in music. I hear a lot of potential in the vocals, gives me a slight Jacoby Shaddix vibes when your going back and forth from the screams\growls to yelling.
Keep on working on the lyrics too. Maybe take some poetry classes? Keep practicing and continue to push yourselves to improve, that's one thing I always slacked on. I should have been practicing my technique, scales, modes and pushing my understanding of theory. But, I didn't. I was lazy, and that's why I never made it.

Appreciate the honesty. The song is actually about a personal experience where a guy at a show got in my face and verbally berated me for proclaiming my faith on stage and through my lyrics to a largely secular audience at a metal show. I thought he was going to physically assault me, but he eventually stormed off as I tried witnessing to him. I’m no stranger to trolls. I became the subject of an internet meme on some trolling site years ago in my former band. It just reminds me how badly people need grace and forgiveness.
We have no plans to change or alter our message despite what crap we get for it.

My friend said to me one time that "sharing the gospel with others is like a warm, raging fire in my chest", for example. The Bible describes God’s Spirit in this way as well in Hebrews 12:29 and Deuteronomy 4:24-the “consuming fire.”

@@UnWorthyBand I'm sorry. The foundation is there. Just the delivery and lyrics need to be reworked. The music and vocal abilities are all there. It just fell a little flat and didn't feel believable. It felt like an impression of a vocalist they WANT to sound like, so it didn't feel authentic.
@@UnWorthyBand A lot of potential though. It's mostly the timimg being off a little for the vocals and there are some cheesy moments. The low growls are impressive. It can be tweaked into being good.

Idk.. I'm an fan of heavy metal etc... but I don't think this worthy to be worship dedicated to God, we need make songs more pure, I know there's a lot of ways to do it, and I know we like to listen songs like this, but I cannot see this song playing in the church and all the brothers and sister singing have a fun in the presence of God!!! I prefer a rock soft rather than embarrassed songs, just my opinion!.
