Seems very confusing if saying “Whore” as an Explicit word excuse, but once I first met Canadian’s Acacia Grove, now it really makes sense as a worthy Christian Metalcore band as much I can listen a Symphony in Peril’s The Whore’s Trophy album at Facedown Records you will never knew and find as Christian Metalcore artist to find at Facedown Records! Classic control by fear. Those who want revenge want Hell to be a real place. But, if God tortures souls for all eternity then he is no better than the imperfect people who want revenge. Hey Christians, this is a great way to highlight exactly what is wrong with your relegion. @@theologiaechristianae8332 I think it depends on your view of hell. My understanding of it is 1. God doesn't send people to hell, its a choice made here on earth and 2. Hell is separation from God. You've demonstrated that you're ignorant on this subject by displaying hell as God torturing souls, when the word torture is never used to describe hell in scripture. The word used is torment. I suggest you actually educate yourself on a subject before spouting nonsense and pretending like you know what you're talking about.

Avery Gibson People get their ideas about Hell from stories like "The Rich Man and Lazarus" which can be found at Luke 16:19-31. It is clear that if the rich man says that he is in "agony" and needs Lazarus to cool his tongue with drops of water from the tip of his finger, it is pretty damn hot! The definition of "agony": EXTREME PHYSICAL OR MENTAL SUFFERING. The definition of suffering: THE ACTION OR PRACTICE OF INFLICTING SEVER PAIN OR SUFFERING... Therefore, as you can see, this is where people who believe this stuff get their ideas from. Throw in Mark 9:48, "...where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched," and you have a case for people believing that evildoers will suffer/be tortured/be in torment, whatever you want to call it. The language here is not "separation from God" as Catholics are taught to believe. I'm assuming that is your affiliation. It is not uncommon for Catholics to show smugness and to call everyone else ignorant. We can split hairs about Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic words for 100 more replies on this thread, but what is most important, here, is context. Many Bible-thumping hellfire-and-damnation types believe in the Lake of Fire where bad people are punished for all eternity. That is who God is to them, regardless of your interpretation, or that of the Catholica Church. Anyone who is imagining that the Almighty would set people up for this kind of failure, where there is no opportunity for reconciliation or escape from such a torturous or tormented existence, he/she/they are imagining a very twisted, psychopathic god that is profoundly evil in nature. This flawed version of "Jehovah" can't possibly love them. How utterly ridiculous! I can't believe people actually kill each other over this nonsense. What does this say about the current state of humanity?
