Thanks Steve. From a fellow introvert. It's awesome to see him get excited and open up about something he is passionate about. Once you guys get rolling you can really see him relax and just enjoy chatting about his setup.
What an amazing tank you have Steve & you did great too, keep up the amazing work on your truly special tank 👏🏼👏🏼🙏🏼 Parker you did Steve & the Tank justice , keep up the great work too, see you on the next one 👍🏻
Epic for sure - interesting to see how many tangs in a 4 footer - 3 Zebrasomas though is better than 2... he must have put them in together (though the Hippo doesn't count). That acro you said stands out is the standout and IMO it's hard to beat a WD@@ParkersReef
Just a tip for Steve, to save cost running his Trident - check out ABC Reagents. You can use them in your Trident for less than half the price of the official reagents, and they ship overseas in powdered form. Been using ABC on my system with great success. Awesome tank. Awesome tour.
@@ParkersReef Absolutely. Tell all your friends who use that tester…there’s an accurate and way more cost effective way! The rates Neptune charges overseas can be bonkers…
@@ParkersReef I don’t blame you one bit. I’m fully kitted out with Neptune Systems, and honestly wish I’d gone Hydros or GHL….or nothing. I see less justification for a controller each day, given the amount of connectivity being built into new aquarium gear (and other companion smart/connected devices available on the market). I actively tell those who use the Neptune Trident to switch over to ABC Reagents because the price-gouging for official reagents is so extreme. I hate to see people have to swallow that bitter pill. I have heard stories of their lack of overseas support, and it seems particularly rough in Australia. But rest assured, very few of us here in America are giving Neptune support any glowing reviews either. 🤣
Steve’s tank has got to be the nicest 4ft tank I’ve ever seen. His detail is amazing. His corals are stunning. Thanks for the tour Sam. 🔥🔥
I reckon it’s gotta be up there yes!
Thanks Steve. Your tank is so beautiful it must be shared with the world.

@kalamazoo_reefer to be honest, I tell people off trident. There is no hardware support here and there are better options out there

Beautiful tank!! Wondering if he could explain how to run the trident manually???!! I’m like you and thought it could only run auto
Hopefully steve will comment, I have no idea myself 😅
What mount is he using for the light bars?
great question, I think it may be a DIY mount?
@@ParkersReefits an orphek mouny acrylic
@Thattangobsessor good to know!
what model waterbox is this?
yeah great question, I am not entirely sure! Perhaps a Marine X 110.4?
Amazing aquarium ❤.

Wow love this 👏
Thank you!!
Wondering whats your schedule and how long yoy are running the 600 par for walt Disney?
yeah great question! I'll see if Steve responds, but I don't think it was anything unusual, probably around 10 hours full light
Stunning tank! Is there a link to Steve’s instagram?
No insta at this stage that I know of, but he does post some cool stuff on Aussie reefing facebook groups

Appreciate that!! To be honest i find it really easy talking to people about their passion. The words just flow out of them
I’m more into softies and lps but nothing can beat colonies of Acropora and their color variations
Lots of nice corals of all types out there!!
