- My dad and I having a blast watching the legendary Beach Boys on September 15, 2021 at the Mountain Winery! This video features a great lead vocal from John Cowsill (of The Cowsills!) on the song Darlin’ (originally sung by Carl Wilson!). Thank you Mike and Bruce and all of the amazing band for an awesome night and for keeping Beach Boys music alive! Beach Boys forever!

John Cowsill has nailed this song in this performance… a fabulous voice

Me too, twice, and it's my favorite Beach Boys track. I will say that the very talented John Cowsill who has been playing drums for them for many years does a real nice job singing it too.

I can tell John Cowsill is singing. He's awesome and I have loved him and his familys band The Cowsills since the 60s. We are 10 days apart same year both Pisces. Still loving you Johnny!
But I hear he isn't too friendly at all with his fans. People go to see the BeachbBoys just to see John. But he has a crap attitude has been nasty at meet and greets since back when Bill and Barry would do the Rhode Island thing.someone told him that he had come from Mass. John snapped at him and said well I came from California. WOW! That fan said everyone was nice except John. Watch the Cowsills podcast from June 2022, John was the guest. You will see how full of himself he is.
John is always super faithful to The Beach Boys! Great

In some of the videos of John singing "Wild Honey" they will show on the huge video screen on stage the old video clip of John playing the drums during the song "Reach Out" way back when they were on the Ed Sullivan Show. John killed the drums then just like he does in "Wild Honey"!
