Don't be afraid to wear your horsehide in the rain! It's ridiculously durable and won't stain or get damaged. Many leather enthusiasts actually get them wet intentionally to help with breaking in and creating creases, just oil it if it seems dry!

I think you might've forgot to cut the back of the balmacaan jacket. There's strings at the bottom of the back that you're supposed to cut. You dont have to but it tends to look better and be less restrictive.
