I think today's pages are the best. The tissue pages are gorgeous. I love doors too. An exciting symbol. My Dad use to say, " when one door closes another door closes." He could be facetious sometimes but it made me laugh.

The doors are beyond fabulous. The painting effects on them are exactly what they needed to take them to an extraordinary level. I would be scared of using a lot of dark colours because I don't know how to pull it off like you do.

Dearest Froyle, looks like fun. I loved traveling with you on your adventures abroad. I just signed up for the 100 days and took my large acid free sketch books down from the shelve and into my studio. I've painted in these before and they took the paint well. I love using coffee for mark making and staining my papers for my art journals I sew.

I did a whole series of etchings doors..also there was a silkscreen as well ......homage to Georgia O'Keeffe (1995/1996) and another i remember was the doors of my art school with my reflection in it...self-portrait. Still love doors. ❤️ ❤ ❤MM

Door images for could be smaller than the page size, then you would have more room around it. I take door pictures wherever I go. Loved you paper making idea and saving color, and clean the bottles, HOW GREEN!

They’re all beautiful and inspiring, but I think my favorite is the last one. The darker palette with the indigo paint and the gold pigment powder is just magical. When you first started applying the indigo I think I screamed. 😅 I was so sure that was the wrong move, but as usual your instincts were spot-on. I went from traumatized to ecstatic. Only you provide so much entertainment and inspiration in one video. ❤

Love it! I also place ferns and leaves vein side down and lay rice paper, another piece of plastic on it, then weight it overnight with books. Makes gorgeous botanical papers. No leaves? Place stencils instead.
