  • Body Language In Therapy - What Is Really Being Said.
Only a tiny percentage of what we 'say' is verbal. The rest we convey with our body language, so it is a good idea to learn how to read it or improve our ability to do so anyway.
In this episode, I give a very brief introduction to body language, explain why someone scratching their nose does not automatically mean they are lying, and discuss some of the other concepts.
I also discuss a book called 'Body Language' by James Borg.
It is excellent, and I have had my copy for over ten years.
👉 If you are interested in getting the book yourself, here is the Amazon link - amzn.to/3rzp2wZ.
In the next video I am going to give a demonstration of eye accessing cues, with myself as the guinea pig. It is pretty revealing!
I hope you enjoy this episode.
    Best wishes,
    James
Oh, in the next episode I also reveal something that may be of interest to you too. Watch that episode to discover what it is.
