- Loke is the Intamin gyro swing at Liseberg. This giant frisbee is lightly themed to Norse mythology and it offers some amazing airtime! This makes it my favorite type of frisbee ride anywhere.

Was there last saturday, had not been to Liseberg since 2006 and went all the new with Valkyria, Helix and Atmosfear. Really great rides and one of the best parks in Europe. Rode Loki maybe 5-6 times.

Loke swinging at Balder is such a clever nod to Nordic mythology, as Loke kills Balder just to prove that he can and thereby starts Ragnarök.

A new Intamin Gyroswing will open in Linnanmäki (my home park) next week and I'm super excited. It was gonna open along with the park this friday but due to sudden heavy snowfall and cold temperatures last weekend they couldn't get preparations finished in time. One of Linnanmäki's higher ups even said that riding Loke made them decide to get a gyroswing.

I love these, Drop towers and roller coasters. There are many programs for these (pendulum and/or frisbee rides), like the one at Playland in Vancouver entitled The Beast, so they can be hard to rate, but they're still great. Thanks for posting!
Beast has awesome forces, but the cycle is a tad short.
@@CanobieCoaster There are many programs of The Beast; some get to max swings fast, some slow, some slow, some short, and one is extremely long, called "Extreme" programme. I experienced that once on a day that wasn't busy and during that ride I thought the ride was broken.
@@CanobieCoaster They only run a short program on The Beast during the PNE fair; that's why you think it only has a short cycle. ;)
Rode it 10 times last weekend and it's solidified it's place as my second favourite ride at Liseberg (behind Helix). It is sublime. You can get 3 seconds of solid floater airtime, feels like you're just floating in the air. Such a comfortable ride too. Highly recommend even for the coaster enthusiasts who might normally overlook flat rides. It's better than many coasters I've ridden.
It's their best flat for me.
I haven't got to ride one of these yet, I've rode the Huss frisbee "Delirium" at Kings Island, and it's great... If this is really better I can't imagine how cool it is.

I'm going to be at Liseberg in a few weeks so your recent videos have be really helpful! I was wondering if you saw anybody having nausea or vomiting issues with Loke? I want to ride it, but not if it's going to make me feel sick and crappy the rest of the day.
Is your issue with spinning or swinging? I have never seen people come of sick from the spin.

What's with the AI voice and using others clips for the video? Did you even ride this?
Or just trying to fake review coasters around the word for clout?
That said this one's great, and there's also one that goes all the way around IE full spin. Usualy stops at the top for abit while we're all upside down then to swing heavily down.
A lot of footage in this video is mine. I only was able to film onride on the coasters when I was at the park, which is why I had to leverage someone else's POV.

@@CanobieCoaster That doesn't make any sense though, you could only film when you where there, so that's why you have to use others clips and not yours? makes no sense.
Unless i'm missunderstood your point.
And if it's indeed your voice, you might want to try switch up your inflections and tone while speaking, because it sounds like a text to speech generator. Not saying the voice is bad or anything. It's just monotone and very robotic like you say.
And you using others clips instead of your own doesn't help the confidence.
I guess it's just due im used to watching vloggers which slightly more content and their own clips when reviewing. Using others clips to review an attraction makes it seem like another of the ai generated bullcrap that's spreading like wild fire.
So i guess my suggestion then if you're a genuine channel, try to make your own videos for these type of vids.
