The light tunnel was honestly so cool. Because of COViD there are fewer tourists so it was nice to have the place a little more to myself.

Its such a joy to see so many koi fishes. its just beautiful. They r so big. The experience of walking inside the tunnel of light is truly amazing. fantastic place.

The tunnel of light is probably the most popular place to visit but I really enjoyed the small koi fish museum. I learned a lot about fish that I didn't know before.

Well, Niigata is home to koi so there are koi everywhere. I didn't know that there were that many different types before visiting the museum. I honestly didn't know fish could be so interesting and have such an intriguing history.

The tunnel or the darkroom? Both were pretty cool optical illusions.

The gorge was probably my favorite part of the visiting Niigata. I loved how they turned the viewing platform into art.

Thanks. I always do lots of research before I travel because it gets me more excited about visiting those places. However, on this trip, I was surprised by how much information the Koi fish museum provided in English. I learned a lot while I was there.

I've been to Canada a few times when I was younger but haven't been back there in over a decade. Whenever I move back to the States, I plan to explore more of Canada.
