It is Gimbap Sandwich. Put any ingredients you like and just fold it. It is good and simple meal.
Ingredients :
1. Spam
2. Laver
3. Egg
4. Steamed Rice
5. Sliced Cheddar Cheese

Wow that is the perfect sized package of Spam. In the US (surprise) we only have the singlets (which are actually a small slice) or the regular size can which is too big! Looking forward to making this.

Absolutely... I wasn't a big fan of gimbap , because when I went to a Korean restaurant I got served original kimbap , which was basically so bad for me , it got no salt or seasoning. I'm Arab so yeah I love seasonings and at least some salt .
Myl first time trying gimbap I hated it but when I tried it this way , and added some salt and pepper to the rice it tasted extremely good .
