It seam's to work or atleast I don't get the error anymore as it start to download and install :) Just hope it works now :) Edit: unfortunately this didnt work after many hours I saw this comment about "windows 10 update assistant" googled it and download the app everything is Ok now. Tried absolutely everything and this was the only thing that worked W10UA

Oleksiy Shepotko you probably shouldn’t do that. And if you do, for your sake and the PC’s sake, DO IT FROM AN INSTALLATION DVD!
