      Yes, the small group mastery has 12 months of programming included, along with how to execute the programs, how to write your own, how to market them, and much more

    95% of commercial gym trainers need to watch this... seriously... also, they need to learn how to understand how energy systems work.

    • @Luka-Hocevar
      @Luka-Hocevar  2 дня назад +1

      I agree. It’s part of why I make videos like this.

      @Luka-Hocevar and thank you so much, brother...
      I ran a large circuit class for a Valley fitness and was astounded at how little they cared about the clients. No coaching, cueing, proper warm up nor cool down, no respect for energy systems... it was just about money.
      I've started my own fight conditioning type of small group circuit class, trying to figure out how to incorporate the conditioning methods from you and Joels videos.

    A more specific question:
    What if we only had 1 day for heavy lower body compound movements? I like to program like 2 days in which plyos and sprints are the main focus. Should I just up the volume of the lifting day?
    Goal is power development

    Why to complicate something so simple ?
    Go to the gym, warm up (running, bike, jump rope) do Squat, Bench and Deadlifts all from light sets to heavy sets and thats it.

      You stick with that if it works for you long term, and good luck with that.
