My thoughts exactly. There are many versions of this one out there which are just as fast as Kissin's, but the vast majority of the time it just doesn't sound nearly as good because the performer simply can't execute the piece as cleanly as Kissin does here. In fact, I think that most performers of this piece should seriously consider playing it a bit slower. It can still sound really good if played relatively slow (but correctly), but it can never sound good if played incorrectly (even if you play it really fast).
Excelente coordinación, que facilidad de en interpretar esta obra maestra y que destreza en el movimiento de las manos al tocar las notas musicales sin errores, Excelente interpretación!

Tudorel Bostanel Agreed. I know she is a wizard and a technical marvel and moreover that she plays the much harder Cziffra version, but at least the version on RUclips has her banging the keys like a hammer rather than buzzing like a bumblebee, which Kessin captures.
This is the Rachmaninoff version! The version Yuja Wang plays (i think Acadi Volodos’s arrangement) is completely different and much more technically challenging! I however prefer this version
If this was played by an electric guitar player it would be seen as a piece of fast junk from shredders. But if its played on piano... its a wonder Go figure

LaBaBa Baba go hear Lang Lang's
