#47 Lamentation... Kiyomaro's self-blade, Ichibun of the blacksmith and Yamato poem

A RUclips channel operated by the Japanese sword specialty store Ginza Choshuya.
We will be taking a look at a short sword forged in 1886 by Tamaki Yamaura (Kiyomaro), a master craftsman at the end of the Edo period.
This is the fourth time.
We will provide an explanation of the work inscribed with ``Kyotei Seigai Hazama-sensei'', which is said to be the pinnacle of Kiyomaro tanto.
Various considerations for actual combat have been put into the accompanying exterior, such as distorted mekugi and sageo, chestnut shape position, handle wrap, sheath, etc.
Because you always have the best equipment for emergencies, you can make calm decisions without panicking in an emergency.
I believe that this is how Dr. Hazama Seiai thought.

武士の一分という邦画がありますが、刀鍛冶の一分というものもあるんですね。格調高いものを生み出す人間は、人生の幕引きでもいろんなことがおこるのですね。モーツアルトも晩年、集団墓地に埋葬など、芸術家の人生の幕引きは少し寂しさを感じます。
