Very true about Moe Jordan. Moe was the glue that kept the Stooges together. He was a very honorable, humble, caring man. His son Paul can attest to that.
Sad story about Curly, they said he went mad basically and the nurses had a hard time caring for them, Moe didn't want to put him away, but Curly died very young, Moe's daughter just died recently she was 94 I think, Curly was my favorite stooge
Very fortunate growing up in the 80s as a kid i still got to experience The 3 stooges on Television in the morning and Loved watching their skits. Now at 41 I've found them on tv again for an hour in the early mornings
Thanks for the insight to the stooges Jordan. If youre interested, Curlys grandon Brad Server has a youtube channel honoring the, Stooges. CurlyG hes real funny, runs in the family. Sometimes Larry Fines great grandson is on his vlogs too.
I'm glad to hear such nice words about Moe Howard. A classic combination of comedy and slapstick- what's not to love? Thanks Jordan- glad you're a fan too!!! ☺️😊🥰❤️☀️🦩🌴
I’m a little older than you Jordan but growing up as a kid they were also my favs, didn’t go a day without watching them, so sad that they are all gone, Ty for the lovely tribute my friend🤗🐾😎
I still watch them almost daily, they were a big part of my childhood in the 80's. Back when we would rent VHS tapes at the store. the Three Stooges and Bruce Lee movies were my favorites, still are amongst my very favorites. Great video Jordan.
I have to admit that all of The Three Stooges were great! I grew up loving Curly and watching some of these videos on RUclips on each stooge has taught me to appreciate each one even though Curly was my favorite stooge to watch in the shorts. That was great that you did on Moe. Yes it surprised me that the family were not buried close together in the same cemetery. Moe I thought could be a bully, but like you mentioned Jordan someone had to be the straight stooge during the shorts.
They were amazing. I remember reading a book by Moe saying that it was harder to see Larry. Poor love. Love hearing the friendship between everyone mostly Moe and Larry.
Love your channel always interesting content and uplifting thanks as always my dear watching you for over 5 years now and still my fav channel 💗🤗👌😘👍💗💗🤗👌💗🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I watched them with my two brothers when I was a kid ☺️👍🤣 ( they say women don't like the stooges, not true...) I remember they had 3 Stooges beer back in the late 90's but I don't remember what brand it was! LOL 😂 love these stories. Thanks Jordan, hugs to Jah 💜👍
I really appreciate your work, and its great to see Los Angeles history subject videos again. Your Shelley Winters house video was excellent. Roberta Blake was a friend. I wish you could meet my friend who was Elvis Presley's drummer in Vegas, and recorded with him.
Hi Jordan, oh, they were brilliant. I haven't seen them on TV for years. So sad about 'Curly', what a sad end. It's a good job we don't know what's around the corner for all of us. Great vlog Jordan.
I remember the Three Stooges and all of the cast in there like goodness but they're resting in in heaven now so it's reruns now I remember them too you have a great night or a great day bye for now
Shelley Winters was so right about you, very likable. Your channel is what I have been looking for for ages. I'm just sorry that I'm late to the party. Keep up the good work.
Hi Jordan and Jah. Thank you for Enlightened us about Moe. How he looked out for his brothers. Clearly Moe was the Brains and did what he had to do. Who didn't like the three stooges. My mom loved them. Every now and then me tv shows reruns.they made some movies too. I'd rather laugh anyday than dwell on all the bad stuff going on today.👍✌🖖🕯💕. Love, respect and positivity always. Neita.🙂👋👣.
They were so far ahead of their time. Grew up watching them on TV. KTLA 5 LA. noon every Saturday and Sunday in the 80's. Watching them today always brings me back to my childhood and can make a bad day better everytime.
Jah does not look impressed. Lol. They brought a lot of laughter to people. Thank you, Jordan, for telling their story. I hope they all rest in peace now.
Awww Jah❤ Culver City, that looks so familiar 😊 I thought there was more than one Curly 🤔 Love the three Stooges. But I have to admit, the hitting bothered me when I found out they were really hitting each other. I always think of The Little Rascals when I think of the Three Stooges, not sure why...😊 My husband thinks the reason the other two are not buried there is maybe they were not Jewish? Good vlog👍
I still watch the Stooges any chance I can get. I just enjoy their comedy so much. It never gets old. I have shirts, mugs, magnets, books and posters of them. I’ll be a fan forever ❤
Really loved this one Jordan. Like you, as a kid I loved the three stooges and escaped our horrible home life through watching them and laughing. I have a lot of affection for them and it's nice to find out that they were such good people in real life too. Great job.
I’ve watched documentaries on the Stooges and they claim that the Stooges were taken advantage of by the studios and that they should have been paid a lot more than what they were. Very interesting video Jordan!
Curly Howard’s grandson, Brad Server, actually has a RUclips channel called CurlyG. He has videos pretty much every Thursday. He gets together regularly with Larry Fine’s great grandson, Shemp’s great granddaughter, and and Andy Pagana who is a screenwriter but has also played Curly in shorts and on stage. It’s really funny and they talk a lot of history of The Three Stooges as well. That is a good question about Moe being interred at a different cemetery. You could actually ask that question during their Thursday live videos. ❤
…Our Gang with Spanky MacFarlane and The Three Stooges were standard morning fare ! i missed how/why Shemp left the first time? when Curly joined…remember you drove by somebody’s house a few months ago…their comic timing was first class! Agree Moe was glue that held their on-screen mayhem together !
.Moe told me that, in 1934, Larry called and told him that Larry had signed a deal for shorts with Universal. Meanwhile, Moe had signed a contract with Columbia at just about the same time. When the lawyers went over the two prospective deals, they found that Moe had signed a few minutes before Larry. The Stooges "belonged" to Columbia. From 1934 ("Woman Haters") to 1959 ("Sappy Bullfighters"),. The Stooges made 190 shorts for the studio.
Anyone who can see the genius in Moe Howard is alright with me! Have been to Hillside many times, even have family there, but have never visited Moe. Next time for sure - with Shelley Winters!
ANOTHER GOOD VIDEO MY FRIEND I'm 68 and watched then when I was a kid in the BRONX, but I still think Abbott and Costello are a little better... THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA.........
I love the Three Stooges. Larry died in January of 1975 and Moe died a few months later and Moe wasn't the last surviving Stooge. That would be Joe Derita who died in 1993 and the only one with a gravestone. Moe's daughter died in 2021 but I think his son,Paul Howard, is still living.
I was expecting you to also see Curley's site too at Valhalla. Not to get political, but if you think the landscape won't return to what you remember, it will, it is the trend. Areas around me get clean only to return. I don't understand why they don't do what History did so long ago and set aside a large land for them to pitch their tents. I saw a video about Betty White, with a view of the landscape in her time, (She nor her family were in a tent), but it was a reflection of her era. Instead of getting Hotel rooms with state tax dollars the State should get them nice 2 man/person tents and lay out a parcel until we get rid of the poor management we have in government.
Jordon, Have you ever thought about doing a video on the murder of Carl Switzer. He's known for playing the character Alfalfa in our gang the little rascals.
Moe was the guy who negotiated with the studio for the shorts at Columbia Pictures. Moe must have had very bad negotiating because all the time they were making shorts, they never got anymore money than when they started.
I visited all three stooge graves myself and Moes is the most sad. The place is not as nice as Larry and Curly, and it is loud from the traffic right behind it which you can hear in the video. You feel like you are on the side of a highway with a hedge in between.
They brought a lot of laughs, sort of like a cartoon come to life. Thanks for the nice tribute to Moe!
Very true about Moe Jordan. Moe was the glue that kept the Stooges together. He was a very honorable, humble, caring man. His son Paul can attest to that.

The Stooges are absolute timeless classics! Still popular today which shows how amazing they were.
Very fortunate growing up in the 80s as a kid i still got to experience The 3 stooges on Television in the morning and Loved watching their skits. Now at 41 I've found them on tv again for an hour in the early mornings
As a kid and even now , when I see them on TV , I can't stop watching them ! Nuck , Nuck , Nuck ! Moe Larry Cheese !
Thanks for the insight to the stooges Jordan. If youre interested, Curlys grandon Brad Server has a youtube channel honoring the, Stooges. CurlyG hes real funny, runs in the family. Sometimes Larry Fines great grandson is on his vlogs too.
They brought me joy beyond measure!
Amen! I had many laughs with all these guys! RIP Moe!
I'm glad to hear such nice words about Moe Howard. A classic combination of comedy and slapstick- what's not to love? Thanks Jordan- glad you're a fan too!!! ☺️😊🥰❤️☀️🦩🌴

Thanks another great vlog and thanks for informing us viewers all that Moe Howard did for the Stooges
Moe was always my favorite stooge, too! But Shemp comes in a close second!!!
Another good 1!
Thanks.
I’ve watched documentaries on the Stooges and they claim that the Stooges were taken advantage of by the studios and that they should have been paid a lot more than what they were. Very interesting video Jordan!
what else is new ripping off talent seems to be a way of life. also for singers too
Great video

JORDAN YOU "CERTAINLY" DID THESE ICONS JUSTICE. WHAT A GREAT STORYTELLER YOU ARE. DO YOU KNOW WHERE IN BROOKLYN THEY LIVED ? 🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦
Just thinking of them makes me laugh . . . .

Is Ted Healy where the Farrelly Brothers got the name for the two "There's Something About Mary" characters?
🐾
I'm sooo soo glad you gave up smoking I lost an older brother to lung cancer
Thank you for all the laughs is right. Moe was so brilliantly funny and so were Curly, Larry, and Shemp. Love the stooges. Absolute legends
The Stooges were the greatest.
😅 Three stooges was the best and is still the best
In the photo of Moe @14:13, he was handsome! Who'd"ve ever thunk it?
