It is a bit of survial bias. Men who can rock long healthy hair will keep it, while those who can't will eventually cut it short. What you see in the video is the one who is blessed with hair gene.
Also, wonen usually has long hair for longer time than men, so they are more proned to external damage compare to men hair.
And maybe the fact that men don't have mestrual cycle do help a little bit.

I am not generally a fan of men with long hair like that BUT there are some very gorgeous exceptions. Clean, shiny, trimmed so no frizz and split ends and I'm good. Also say the same for the beard. This guy takes care of himself and his hair a beard are great. I hate the 25 year old guys that look like somebodies unkept grandpa. So, there is a BIG difference in the men with long hair and facial hair.

I did that in about 4 1/2 years, including a couple trims. Take biotin, collagen and keratin.

I can’t speak for him but hair grows 5 to 6 inches a year and the hair follicles stop growing after 2 to 6 years and the hair strand falls out and starts regrowing. That’s why when you brush your hair there’s always hairs on the brush
From personal experience, I can tell you anywhere from 10-15 years, probably to the latter. You do have to keep on trimming it.
