Paul Rodgers, top 10 vocalist all-time, actually took over for Freddy Mercury in the next version of Queen before being replaced by the present-day Adam Lambert. Bad Company next, "Rock & Roll Fantasy". Absolute rocker.

Paul Rodgers (singer) was in the Free, Bad Company, The Firm (with Jimmy Page) and Queen. He is quite diverse and has a rich, smooth voice.
The Firm: All The Kings Horses is a nice story song. Radioactive is a great song and has a cool video and Jimmy Page is just hamming it up with the camera people, it is kind of funny as I usually do not see him interacting that way. Satisfaction Guaranteed is a nice rocker.
Bad Company: Rock n' Roll Fantasy, Shooting Star, Bad Company and Ready For Love.
Free: Wishing Well is a great song, All Right Now is pretty well known. Don't Say You Love Me is a slow groove. I'll Be Creepin' is worth it just for the guitar, but the rest of the song is good. The guitarist seems to be getting a lot of effects without effects.

@@tinypurplefishesrunlaughin8052 Hello and Thank You! I looked into the I'll Be Creepin' recent use and could not find anything. However, assuming it is Scorsese (which would not be surprising), he has 4 movies coming out in 2021 and another 3 announced that he is an Executive Producer or Producer on. One of the movies is The Souvenir: Part II. The Souvenir (Part I) has a great song list that I could see including that Free song, so maybe it will be on that one. I do not know how to find music assigned to a movie prior to its release and could not find any announcements. The only Free song I have seen on anything in 2020 is the song Oh, I Wept. It was used on T.V. shows: Devs (S1 E5) and Hunters (S1 E9).

"Bad Company" was used as entrance music by a couple of colleagues of mine in wrestling, Paul Diamond and Pat Tanaka. They formed a tag team called "Bad Company" (go figure) that became the American Wrestling Association world tag champs.
"Shooting Star" is awesome as if "I Can't get Enough of your Love".
Paul Rodgers went on to perform with a group in the 1980s called The Firm with Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page, and had a song called "Radioactive" that placed #1 on the Billboard Top Rock Tracks and #28 on the Billboard Top 100. Great song!

This is the great closing track from the Bad Co. Debut. Which is perfect btw.
BAD Co. Was a continuation and a rebirth of the 4 musicians in the band.
    VOCALIST: Paul Rodgers
    And
    DRUMMER: Simon Kirke
( they were originally members of the great band. FREE.
    GUITARIST: Mick Ralphs
( came from the great band, MOTT THE HOOPLE
    BASSIST: Boz Burrell
(Came from prog greats, KING CRIMSON)
These guys made 6 albums and every one of them is pretty brilliant with very few clunkers.
A fantastic and shamefully underrated, unrewarded band.

This was the ending credits song they used in the movie FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS about an Odessa H.S. Football Team. West Texas boys tend to take target practice considering guns are a big deal out there. It kind of relates to a senior in H.S. playing their last game entering the life of unknowns after graduation, which kind of relates to a seagull out on their own.

8:38 On the contrary. My 21 year-old nephew has been listening to The Who, The Beatles, Rush and The Doors since he was 8. He just bought a home gym last week and invited me over to train with him and his playlist included Journey, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Kansas. I took him to see the movie version of the Broadway musical "Jersey Boys" when it was released in 2015. As we're walking out of the theater he says, "I thought this was going to be some Justin Bieber BS. But this was just good music." He was 15 and talking about pop/rock songs from as far back as 1962. I could never get him to warm up to Yes, though. 🤷‍♂️
My 14 year-old great-nephew is a huge fan of AC/DC, Van Halen, Guns N' Roses, The Beatles...and Elvis Presley.

Bad Company was band which was signed to. Zeppelin’s record label....think it was called Swan Records. Peter Grant managed them. When zeppelin dissolved Jimmy asked Paul Rodgers to be his vocalist in his new band The Firm. They cut two albums and disbanded Rodgers went on to have a strong solo career. This song is beautiful. I’ve never heard it before and it is NOT indicative of Bad Company’s usual style

I have to agree with the comments below about Paul Roger's great voice. Personally I feel he was the best rock-and-roll singer in the world until Chris Cornell came along. Unfortunately (for Chris R.I.P.) I guess Paul is once again the greatest LIVING rock-and-roll singer that is on the Earth today. His voice is still impeccable to this day.
Where I disagree with the post below. Although the songs mentioned are great, the next song should be their debut signeture song simply titled BAD COMPANY.

This particular track is not indicative of the band. It is one of the few ballads they ever recorded.
You can never go wrong with Bad Co. I don't think I've ever heard a bad song from them in the 45 years I've been listening.
Try "Feel Like Making Love" "Rock Steady" "Live For The Music" or "Shooting Star". I feel that you would really like them.

Excellent but rather misleading song to start your Bad Co exploration. Guaranteed you will be pleasantly surprised by what you find down the road. These guys had a ton of deserved hits and Paul Rogers is arguably one of the greatest rock vocalists ever. Great channel! Glad I subbed
