Paul Rodgers has always been one of my favorite singers of yesteryear. Bad company is a very underrated band

I love Paul Rodgers voice. He's so good that poor Boz Burrell didn't even sing the songs he wrote while in Bad Company. Boz was the lead singer for King Crimson before joining Bad Company. He also was going to be Roger Daltreys replacement when the Who fired him for whooping Keith Moons ass. I love the Boz song Gone Gone Gone off Desolation Angel's. Good picks on these two songs for the contrast!!

Mick Ralphs had a nice voice too judging by the tunes he sang for Mott the Hoople.... neither he nor Boz could touch the great Paul Rodgers.

Paul Rogers in local. He was in Redcar and saw a seagull which caught his attention and he quickly wrote a song about it.

Bad Co. is one of the best bands ever.
I was growing up in the 70s, and there were tons of their tunes playing on the radio constantly.

Nice, Bad Co has many Good tunes, try Simple Man and Ready for Love. that second song is a Mick Ralph's tune and is killer in studio or live, the best version either way is at the Hard Rock in FL back in 2006 when they did a reunion tour, that live version would give you goose bumps.

The volcal melody lines came first, at least how it came off to me anyboy can come up with words,but how those words were sung, made the excitement come true again, just like See The Sunlight, and Easy on my soul but I did very much like your take. Thanks

I saw their 40 year reunion tour with Paul Rogers and it was excellent. Rock Steady was their encore song.

Everyone reacts to All Right now from Rodgers time with the band Free, but they have so much more like Woman, Lady, Don't Say You Love Me, and Sail On. And after his stints with Free and Bad Co, he had some great performances with the band The Firm: Money Can't Buy, Midnight Moonlight, All The King's Horses, and Cadillac.
