Walking is good, but it's not an anti-carcinogen. It just isn't, so don't argue please.
@@redblacktichy7713 Yeah but there are many other factors like diet (carbs, processed junk, sugar), alcohol, smoking, stress, lack of sleep, anything that kills your immune system. Not to mention genetics.
@@Kube_Dog exercise in general is anti-carcinogenic. You're right though, it's not worth arguing with someone who doesn't do thorough research.
i'm glad to see your videos are back. i couldn't find them for a while!
Excellent summary! You need to get in front of medical students.
So totally true! Med students aren't being schooled in nutrition and IF...get off the SAD diet of sugar, grains, seed oils, processed foods.
Always great information.
I am starting with skipping dinner, eating a solid breakfast of steel cut oats chia seed and apple, lunch is vegetable and protein, snack is protein shake on workout days or nonfat greek yogurt w walnuts and pumpkin seed. I think my maintenance calorie is 2300. I am eating about 1500-1800 per day. I strength train 2 days a week and cardio 3. About 2.5hrs of intentional exercise a week. I am modestly sedentary doing 3-7k steps a day. I am 5'9 170lb, my goal weight is 155 with minimal muscle loss. I am turning 42. Hoping to get to 90.
I’m 79, and those are too many eating events daily, and probably too many days per week. Dump all but your lunch for a couple of weeks, then skip that once a week for a while.
@@harleyb.birdwhispererCan you back that up?
@@Blackandwhitecat-u9v It’s what I’ve done since a few days after my 79th BD in July, after years of doing a low fat, low calorie diet that saw me gradually gain weight, I had my first angina session. Nuclear CT showed 3 vessel and aortic calcification. I switched to a low carb no sugar diet and eliminated as many processed foods as possible. Started eating once a day during a 4-6 hour window. After about 3 weeks, I started skipping the window one day a week. Drank a lot of water. I’ve always exercised, used to run miles. I have a cable machine, do floor stretching and a stationary bike I do 5 miles on almost daily, heart rate ~115 I’m down 25 pounds in 2 months. My BP is 110/61. Recent blood work: cholesterol - 166, LDL - 73, HDL - 66, Triglyceride -106, LipoA
@@harleyb.birdwhispererCompletely anecdotal, but I’m glad you found something that works for you. However, everyone is different and other people would’ve benefited in the same way you did by doing the complete opposite. So, good for you, but your situation is anecdotal.
@@Blackandwhitecat-u9v My cardiologist has me on 5mg Crestor and I take a baby aspirin daily. I eat natto, raw sauerkraut, Greek yoghurt and kefir. I take a vitamin D3/K2, plus fish oil and fiber caps.

Lowering ones cholesterol isn't important at all, humans need it. we make it for a reason.
Great logic. The body makes fat too do you think we shouldn’t worry about that either?
I am very happy that I can gain far. 😇
@@pearljam_1 they weren't drawing a conclusion, they were stating related facts. Fat is important and serves specific purposes. It is not causal to metabolic disease, but can be and, in fact, often is, a symptom of metabolic disease.
@@Ge1Ri4 none of what you said is related to anything that was said prior. No conclusions? “Lowering cholesterol isn’t important at all.” And I never said anything about fat being causal to anything. You are in left field.
How high is high ? TQ in advance.
