but the numericals won’t be lengthy. You’ll be able to solve them in 3-4 steps

Am I too late to take a drop now for JEE MAINS and BITSAT?
Can anyone suggest a good course covering from BASICS?

If you can get more than 90 percentile in JEE, you can easily crack bitsat
Just read NCERT thoroughly and do NEET physics and chem questions for them as bitsat has similar questions to that and for maths, use Arihant or Cengage
And give mock tests weekly
And the most important thing, here is the game of speed not only accuracy
Also for English, if you just give mocks, you'll be able to pull things up
