My condo in Miami went from $300.00 a month to over $800.00 a month and that DOES NOT include insurance. With Condos you don't own the building. You only owned from the drywall in. But you still have to pay outrageous condo fees and are at the mercy of the board.

By that I mean will the inside furniture automatically get moist due to humidity by absence of electric fan, or are there other ways to prevent that upper humidity ? I actually don't like inside artificial winds at all and prefer to use a manual fabrics fan.

Lexus is not common in Panama but they are available - usually from someone who shipping it into Panama.

if you live at the coast, it would get very hot without fans or air conditioning. If you live in the highlands, you would not need fans or AC
There are other ways. I just like moving air. The fan is not for humidity.
