For those with a q-revo. Taking the bumper off is a little different (we dont have the front panel on the top). Also our bumper sensors are similar just in slightly different positions. I personally super cleaned in there and used canned air to clean out crevices. I also cleaned all of the sensors and the error stopped for me. I will keep the grinding thing in my back pocket just in case.

Month ago, I had done the same with mine but I used a small knipex clipper and not an angle grinder. That seems a little bit of an overkill. Do it like I did or use a box cutter. Since then I had no error.
Since i did this operation the vacuum works perfectly. An angle grinder seemed to be the most suitable tool for me. But that's not the point, it's the solution to the problem!

Was in this situation too. First test is running now and looks good! Made it with a knipex.

Grind off 3 millimeters of the two small gray sensors that touch the side of the bumper
