Oh my, that’s what we use to love to dance to 60 years ago.

I saw him at the West Coast Ragtime Festival in late November 2023. He played in 45 minute sets, performing better than here, and funny too.

Martin is an incredible talent; I only wish he wouldn't play half the music. He leaves out the verse and plays the chorus over and over. If you want to see, and hear the entire original song, go to the Aeolian Hall channel.

It’s a case with a lot of the songs of the 20’s and 30’s; many have a prelude or a verse and then go into the chorus (I.e the catchy part) a lot of the solo musicians seem to take the chorus and improvise around that and the verses are left forgotton. stardust, all of me, after you’ve gone are a few of the other classics which always seem to have the verse removed when i hear them

Does anyone know where to find good sheet music for this song? I can’t find an arrangement I like anywhere but I love this one

This may be his version. Have you tried contacting him? Or you could find the original composer and add your 'pizazz' to it. The music is the same, but the artist puts his spin on it.
