any build can be finicky at first. thats the whole reason for testing it out at the range. overall its a sweet build. once he had it dialed in looked like it ran perfectly.
@@gunlocker7562 Hello Gunlocker, list your major parts for me? I'm lookin' at the tightest / finest parts; Upper, lower receiver / handguard, barrel, BCG THANKS MAN. I just started taking a liking to cosmetic features on the upper/lower receiver in the form of "Ancient mythical figures" Sharps Bros & Spikes Tactical are 2 businesses that manufacture these. But heard both companies are low grade
I'm running into this right now. Not as expensive of a build in my case but not definitely not cheap and having short stroking cycling issues. Glad you guys worked it out!
So my first at I built for Christmas after my 18th birthday. Ordered some cheaper parts but it was a pretty crazy setup. Blue coated upper with matching hand guard and 18” barrel. Hera cqr stock and one of the more expensive Amazon red dots. Put like $1300 into it but I ran like 1,200 rounds through it and never had an issue. Until I came back to fire it a few months later and never knew how much I neglected to clean it. Not a fun time.
Crazy at the very least if you do not want to do a through cleaning just run a bore snake thru the barrel and wipe the bolt down and you should be good
@@gunlocker7562 Thank you yes it is I love it! It cycles so smooth with rolling cam pin nickel boron coated pof bcg, jp enterprise silent capture spring! Sweet looking rifle 🤘 Tell him to replace light weight bcg with milspec and use carbine buffer I bet it will run great I've never had luck with lightweight bcgs plus it cancels out the weight loss when you add heavier buffer
Bro I’ve seen the handguard in person at my local ffl and it’s so badass!! At the moment I was building a 300 bo but after them showing me their personal builds I want a 556 with that rail it’s sooo cool!

Well said. This was a buddy of mine but I experienced it with him. Anytime u go custom u tend to have issues. You can buy a rifle kit and they go smooth usually.
Your bolt sounds like it was fucking dropped in sand and then thrown back in the upper. Have you thought about greasing your bolt ?? It looked dry as fuck

1 rule I had learned years ago. "Don't mess with your mass" just the buffer and gas block should be tinkered with but never the mass of the bolt
Learned that as well. Lol
My F1 Firearms and Patriot ordnance factory dream build took 3 years and $3110 for rifle plus trijicon vcog optic and a suppressor im in at $6940
Wow. That's alot of cheddar. Lol. Nice job I bet its badass.

Any tips for someone trying to build their first ar15 ? Not much info I can find here on youtube
I love my Fortis build. It gets lots of attention at the range too haha
Notice how the sun came out once the AR was finally dialed in? 😃
You have an adjustable gas block You just gotta adjust from the start
Tell your buddy the spring that comes with the binary trigger is sometimes not to good and to put the Og spring in
Will do, Thank you

Thank u. I will let him know. Like I said in the description we are not experts. Much appreciated
Bro that optic setup is lit
Thanks man
I'm liking that binary trigger that is definitely a cool setup
It is fun that is for sure.

Unbelievable the bullets don't seem that big for the power output. I guess bullets are a different world again as I know nothing
Is this built fully from Fortis parts...
Also can you make a build overview of this rifle?
Mostly. It was a friend of mine and he sold it to another friend of mine. He lives about 500 miles away from me. I will see what I can do, you never know.
I ran into that same problem with my binary trigger. What buffer spring and buffer weight you got ?

Hi, looking to build a similar rifle, may I ask for some tips?
Sure u can email me at redwhiteandboomfirearms@gmail.com
Kinda late but where can i get that lower?
How's the LA stock going? I'm interested in one
Oh the buffer spring was too long... that is interesting. Great vid
Thank u
Fortis manufactoring stuff is too awesome, great build
Which handguard is that? It’s freakin sweet, I’d like to know what it is.
Fortis I believe I will find our
It is Fortis. The Handguard, Upper and Lower are all Fortis.
Just purchased a m&p ar 15 and is interested of his hand guard. What brand is that baby
Fortis I believe. I will ask him to make sure. Congrats I am happy for u keep the 2nd alive brother
It is a Fortis Handguard
I don’t understand having a LPVO and a red dot at 45 degrees.
Different zeros….one for distance, one for close quarters
LPVO 1-6x24 is perfect for long and close distance!!
@@lonewolf6169 That’s what I’m saying!
Its your gas or buffer spring newtons law says its not the buffer
Wow 🤣 should have went with a 800 one.. I rather show off reliability than $3000 of paper weight
Why is it always black and red...
Not considering the quality of those parts, I prefer the simple military look like. Looking that gun, seems something made from Fortnite players
I like mine very simple also
I don’t like the way they look either but damn are they light!!! Seriously they’re crazy light, it’s like holding feathers, feels sooooo good.
@@AQS521 You are correct very light.
just cuz you can build it dont mean its gonna work lol finding out and fixing it is what makes it fun and the gun yours some people dont get that

Too Flash Gordon-
What's the point of the red dot if the scope goes down to 1 power.
Faster to switch to red dot rather than take your hand off grip to adjust the scope
@@hotdognobun and extra weight!! Im prefer only LPVO if you trained! Is easy trust me
Need a heavier buffer
What handguard is that
Fortis but not sure if there is a model number. He bought the upper lower and handguard as a set
Sounds like the camera man is a little salty that his friend blew 3K on a fancy dancy new AR with dem new fangled Carbon fiber parts and doohickeys.
