Whelen WPS-2807 Siren Test + Voice, St.Louis, Mo (St.Louis City, Mo Tornado Siren Test)

After My first Test I headed on down here to St.louis to fill a test on my bucket list. This 2807 is located on South Vandeventer Ave and Forest Park Ave At Fire station 21. Sirens in St.Louis City are tested on the First Monday of the Month at 11AM.
I don't think those Construction workers under it where too happy when it fired up.
