Whelen 2906 & 2910 Dual Recording, Clayton, Mo (St.louis County Mo, Tornado Siren Test)

Happy Labor day all of you!!!, This spot was on my bucket list for quite a while after parking here to do other business back in 2018. Places around here Cancel for Labor day.....except St.Louis County. I was up on the top of the parking garage planning my shots and at 10:50 I received a nixle text they are gonna test so 11 comes around.....nothing, 11:05 comes around.....nadda so I give them a call and sure enough they forgot to test. Not even 2 seconds after I get off the phone they fire up.
Thank goodness I called them.....it's a rarity they forget.
There was also 2 other guys who was also filming the sirens on their phones, I wish I could a said hello but you know social distance.
