Hi doc for many months I was wondering why I am have discomfort on my bottom or itching today I watched your video and came to know the problem clearly… it’s great to know the actual problem of mine
I am currently experiencing a horrible rash. I’ve had it once before. It’s a fungal infection. Dr prescribed LamiSil, Ararax for itching and triamcinolone acetonide 0.1 % cream. It’s the weekend so I have cream to use, not the other. I messaged my dr and hopefully will get back to me on Monday. I am having urine/bowel leakage issues that probably are causing the problem. I am having a procedure soon to correct these problems, so hopefully this will stop. But right now I’m miserable. 😢😢😢. Thank you for sharing this information!

Only under Dr's advice, you might find to wash the area well then apply zinc and castor cream may help. The natural lubricant in the bowel can leak outside and cause itching.
That's what I was told by nurse was good for babys bottom as a barrier cream , another cream which I can't remember was a healing cream if needed but the barrier cream helped prevent problems , I used nothing but zinc and c\oil on my babies bottoms ,
Spicy food aggravates it.😊 I just had my piles removed. The most painful experience for 2 days afterwards. Now I have great respect for woman giving birth naturally. 😊😊😊

Good morning, Madam. Can you write down the advice and treatment that the doctor said above so that I can translate it? I am an Arab and I do not understand
Use baby wipe after you clean with toilet paper. Toilet paper can irritates your bottom as well as it's dried. Baby wipes helps the itch. Especially after you poop.
@@nativestrong7253That's why I have a small waste bin (with a perfumed liner) next to the toilet, specially to put the wipes into. I don't think that even wipes that claim to be flushable are really.
Ivermectin sorted me right out. Don't want to get graphic but I had so many parasites my shit looked like shredded wheat. My stomach was moving all night like a chestburster was about to come out. You could see my tummy rippling from so much movement. I ended up having nightmares where I would cut myself open to get the worms out. The psychological damage was very bad. *No doctor accepted* that I had a parasite infection, they *never* believe in parasites. Even after showing them photographs. So I went online and bought animal ivermectin and took the correct dose for a great Dane. After five weeks the shredded wheat was gone. Also, I cut out sugar. Also I took to squatting to go. It clears you out better. It's much more natural and healthy. I started to sleep like a baby. I cannot tell you how at peace I felt.
We tried desitin. A baby cream for the discomfort in that area. It also has zinc. It was years ago but when Dr said zinc I thought of it. At that time it was a quick fix that worked.
I had mildly itchy bottom for about a year then it was gone (it happened a few years ago). never had it before, and never truly had digestive issues. the only explanation i can give is that I took antibiotics just before it started.
Thank you very much. I hope And I am sure we start to treat this things as they are. Normal and part of everybody's body. We need to take care of our body with love and talk to each other to have a better life.
I use baby wipes (much cheaper than actual toilet wipes which are basically the same thing anyway) after wiping with toilet paper as even the softest 3ply toilet paper can feel so dry like sand paper for me, plus toilet paper alone doesn't always leave you clean. You just feel so much cleaner and fresher after using baby wipes! We use them to clean up babies bottoms thoroughly after bowel movements, so why not adults!! If I just use toilet paper, sometimes I will get itchy and know I'm not fully clean in that area despite wiping as thoroughly as possibly just with toilet paper. I have to carry baby wipes when using public toilets as the cheaper scrachier paper in public toilets is like sand paper to me and after using a public toilet after a couple of times, I will start to bleed slightly in the area just like I'm using actual sand paper. The more I use the cheaper paper, the worse the problem becomes and the bleeding will get worse. One day while travelling I thought I had burst a haemorrhoid (which I knew I didn't have one) as the bleeding got so bad after a few trips to public toilets, no it was just the toilet paper tearimg me to pieces!! If I do start bleeding it also gets extremely painful in the area so I then have to use a haemorrhoid ointment (more like a clear gel) that works wonderfully to help the pain, bleeding and inflammation in the area and help it heal a lot quicker. After wiping the painful area with normal toilet paper, cleaning up thoroughly with soft, cool, wet baby wipes feels so good then the ointment gives instant relief from the pain in the area as it gets more painful the more you have to wipe with normal paper in public toilets. So to me, baby wipes are a life saver!! I originally bought the ointment for haemorrhoids one day and then discovered how wonderfully it worked for the bleeding and pain on the outside from scratchy toilet paper problems, like I say to people...Im very delicate in that area. I have chronic health conditions so have had to deal with a lot of constipation, haemorrhoids, ibs ect over time and wish baby wipes were around when I was younger!! Thankfully I've learnt what triggers my constipation, ibs ect and have changed my diet ect which has improved things greatly, but still love the feeling of 'being clean' after a bowel movement. For people who say just use a bidet or wash yourself afterwards, well we have water restrictions here in Australia as water is so precious so bidets aren't really common here for that reason, actually its pretty rare to find bidets in homes at all. Or having a shower after each bowel movement just seems so time consuming and awkward. Plus baby wipes are so convenient and cheap to carry in a bag or have a stash in your car with multiple uses. They always come in handy for many things like just refreshing your face, wiping and cleaning hands after eating ect and cleaning up mesees and spills in your car. Just don't flush them or toilet wipes down a toilet!!

Word of advice cheap rough toilet paper doesnt help nor does germolene or vasoline. I thought it was Haemarroids at first but the Dr said it was just inflammation.
Thanks doc, very concise. Mine situation might be slightly different though. Damaged most of my cartilage between my L3-L6, which makes me not as mobile as I like. With me pushing 60 I also seem to be getting mini hemorrhoids every few months. Usually relieved by carful scratching up there with moisturizer. Just saying, I know you probably don’t approve. I have cleaned normally for years followed by a deep clean with a deep moisturizing lotion wiping after. Prob due to the OCD with being on the spectrum. At any rate your mention of moisturizing is great and cleans better than wipes ever could (I’ve tested once or twice out of curiosity).

The itch is absolutely overwhelming. Then the pain comes. It’s terrible and I’ve tried absolutely everything including seeing proctologist and a dermatologist. Just not getting better.
It's familiar..I experienced this maybe once a year... it's very irritating, and I found that Bacitracin works well.. only around the outside.. and of course keeping the area clean... it worked!...
THIS is why, since I was about the age of 12, I ALWAYS WASH, RINSE, and pat DRY my entire anal area after EVERY elimination, no exceptions! My new house will have a bidet, but just rinsing the perianal area with plain water and possibly creating an atomized fecal matter-containing mist doesn't sound all that hygienic, either. SOAP and water, every time!! My ass never itches or smells nasty!
Thread worms also known as pinworms will make your anus itch like crazy. OMG, I had them when I was a child and I could not sit still. I recall my grandmother telling my mother that she thought that I might have worms because I could not sit still and kept squirming. My mother argued with my grandmother saying "no, she doesn't." My grandmother was sure of it and checked me. Sure enough, I had a bad case of pinworns. I was so glad when I got rid of those worms. Thank God for my grandmother, she was sharp as a tac. My mother was another story 🙄
Thankyou for your video health information. For quite a while l have had an ichy bottom l have been putting on some white cortizoncream and also have a skin irritation on mt lower left stomach and lower right leg have been putting on some creams seems to help a little but not going away . Hopefully l am to see my family doctor this March 8 on a Friday for my general health checkup hopefully the doctor can prescribe for me some kind of a stronger antibiotic cream to help clear these things up get all better again that will be very good. Thankyou for your health video very interesting good information.
I was watching my dog in the backyard one afternoon. He had this problem and seemed to find relief scooting around on his butt on the grass. Naturally, seeking relief for the same issue I began to do it. It worked WONDERS! No more itchy, angry anus. On a side note, do you have any home remedies for carpet burn? Also, where is the cheapest place in town to rent a Rug Doctor?
He missed a major one: urushiol. Cashew, mango, and pistachio contain the same allergenic compound found in poison ivy, poison ivy, poison sumac, etc. If your ath itches like crazy, and you don’t know why because you took a shower-and you know how to wipe like an adult-and you happen to eat these foods, then you might be having an allergic reaction.
im someone whos been tormented by an itchy bottom so im taking ur advice not to use bum wipes or tissue. Using a bum gun instead is already working. Water is much better! thank u so much its making a difference after ages of itching
I used Calmoseptine from the drug store to ease my itching until my skin recovered from either the soap I was using and/or sweating. It worked wonders. No prescription needed.
Had to come back and thank you again! I just received the cream and applied. It has such a nice cooling sensation. The itch disappeared immediately. I will come back for others to hear how it works besides this once I've used it a while. I have a feeling this is it! Never heard of this in all my searching.
Final feedback - I am all healed up and without itch since using Calmoseptine. It was the cure for me. I am still using wipes during BM's to safeguard the area but I am 1000% better. Get CALMOSEPTINE - OM what a relief.
When it gets triggered ONLY by sweets, sugary drinks, chocolates, ice creams etc, if we avoid it, it still takes 2-3 days for itching to subside. Any cream that can be used during that interim period to stop the itching due to more than normal Sugar intake??
It took many years and a lot of close observation of "time of year" and unique dietary items to discover that " urushiol " was my issue. Years ago, cashew nuts were a delicacy and only appeared around Christmas. As time has gone on, the nut has become far more common and less expensive. The problem is that urushiol is present in the shell of a cashew. Improperly prepared cashews can be contaminated and eating them can cause a reaction. Urushiol is what makes Poison Ivy an irritant. Eat badly prepared, cheap cashews and you are basically eating poison ivy. Anyone particularly sensitive to urushiol can develop Pruritus Ani.
I have had condition for nearly ten years. Been to 2 doctors who have said " I cant see anything" and sent me away! Now I wash with cold water and apply vitamin E cream, it helps most times!
I use Tucks but once a long time ago I used a makeup wipes and it was awful. My bum looked like my face did in my late teens acne rash everywhere. Piles are itchy, burning, sometimes sharply painful. Others just like you have been punched in the bottom. No fun at all
I can’t believe I’m watching this! As a nurse I’m well versed in care for the skin. Also I’m a gay man. No boom boom in a while. My bum has been so itchy. I keep it spotless. I have no worms. I’ve been using hot compressions which relieve the itch and I’ve used creams. They help for a little while. I might need to use a steroid at this stage. It’s been 3 days. I don’t have piles. 🤷♂️ What’s up with me!
ATTENTION GUYS!: A old woman neighbor woman told me this and I felt immediately better. But it took me 3 weeks to see the changes into a better and not scratching bottom. I Washed the baby wipes in clear water because scent and chemicals can irritate your bottom. When the baby wipes is wash or pressed the chemicals out you already clean yourself with toilet paper, then use APPLE VINEGAR in the baby wipes and clean the area. When the bottom is clean with vinegar then use AQUAPHOR CREAM/ointment on the Anus area. I press a little inside for the AQUAPHOR to be in the ring/entry sphincter. I felt the relief immediately and it took me almost 3 weeks to get rid of it. I use to do this every time I poop. And that's all guys. Apple Vinegar does help against bacteria and fungal. Also warm butt baths and AQUAPHOR can make things way better. Try and you won't regret. The pure vinegar the better in the wipes. Don't deluded with water or how ever you feel the relief. Bye guys. This is my opinion.
Old school poltus. I'm 100% Swede, but my friend's family was Sicilian. His mom slathered me up with olive oil when I was pretty young and came in with a nasty sunburn. Still using it 50 years on. (sans garlic). I've used garlic, lemon and olive oil for skin rashes etc. as well.
Yes if you have sensitive skin attach a bidet to your toilet, now cheap and easy, will most likely eliminate this problem completely. There is no such thing as clean without one.
See that? Quick, concise and to the point and you didn’t have to sit in the walk in for an hour.
Thanks! It’s good you don’t shy away from somewhat sensitive topics because it does help people.

I take a shower every time I go.
Never had these issues.
Had no idea there was a medical explanation for this though..
If you don't have a dedicated cream/ointment around, putting a lil bit of petroleum jelly helps too.
Nah, cortisone cream. Tiny bit
@@someguy9778it’s not working
I don’t wish to cause panic but my itchy bottom was a symptom of bowel cancer ! No pain just itching. The only other symptom was loose stools.
Thanks

They will
Can you recommend me medicine for get rid of pinworms

Thankyou for your health video very interesting good information.
Dealt with it for years tried everything until I found out about Pranicura 5. Do a quick google search highly recommend
😂😂😂
When I have itching there (occasionally) I use Gold Bond medicated powder. It works wonderfully! It is talc free !
Witch hazel pads
We need to get to the bottom of this!!
Maybe mebendazole would work 🤷🏻♀️ a lot of people have parasites and don’t know it
Theres me thinking it was the Doc Johnson 12 strapon the Mrs uses. Ya learn something new everyday😂
im someone whos been tormented by an itchy bottom so im taking ur advice not to use bum wipes or tissue. Using a bum gun instead is already working. Water is much better! thank u so much its making a difference after ages of itching
It’s a pleasure and so glad to hear this.
I used Calmoseptine from the drug store to ease my itching until my skin recovered from either the soap I was using and/or sweating. It worked wonders. No prescription needed.
ty for this- I am going to try it.
Threadworms, they thrive on sugar. You've probably got em and don't even know.
But good luck getting a doctor's appointment.
Hope the video helped.
I use liquid anti bacterial soap along with bidet to wash the area. Feels great
Make really sure you clean your nails on fingers before you scratch causes infection
Here's something I have never had to worry about 😂
Thanks for the info now I know why since I had it on and off two years
Its a tough subject to discuss without a chuckle or a grin here and there.
Calmoseptine Ointment
(Zinc Oxide + Calamine) is effective and inexpensive. Suitable for adult and babies. Works wonders 😉👍
Why would anyone want to TREAT a problem when Zhou can CURE the problem
I have had condition for nearly ten years. Been to 2 doctors who have said " I cant see anything" and sent me away! Now I wash with cold water and apply vitamin E cream, it helps most times!
Thanks for sharing
After many years of fissures?now macrogol twice daily and a BIDET😂 get a bidet!!!
Calendula cream is also very effective in reducing irritation.
Thanks for watching
Thank you for video it offers good advice very informative thank you
I use Tucks but once a long time ago I used a makeup wipes and it was awful. My bum looked like my face did in my late teens acne rash everywhere. Piles are itchy, burning, sometimes sharply painful. Others just like you have been punched in the bottom. No fun at all
Installing a bidet toilet seat resolved all of my problems.
Quite a few people have said this
That's why we use mandatorily warm water, and draying up to insure the clean. Proud to be a Muslim.
Stop taking it up the proper, that might help !!
Every time I find out there is crap on it. I have hair so it can get stuck on hair.
Good information sir,thank u
So nice of you
I've had this condition for years and I use Ihle's Paste----it really works well.
Obviously it doesn’t if your still using it years later
I had it for months was told no soap only wash with water from shower 🚿 no products worked like a dream 20 years ago 🤔
Nah, that doesn't sound right...
Plain water can't properly clean you and control the odor.
I had proctitus for years and used crushed garlic and olive oil, it stung like billyo but worked. 😊
I solved this as follows: Keep it very clean, then use diaper rash crime like Desitin. Done.
We use tissue paper, and after that, water does not cause itching or odor. You need at least one-half gallon of water." easy and simple
Thank you very much.
You’re welcome
Once again, friends, we are in the void
