Very inspiring! Also you look great with and without makeup. Just had to add that.

Excellent! But if it’s only you, why not the living room? I made mine the Sewing Lounge, with sofa, TV, bar cart, etc. The AC bills out there will kill you, the big door isn’t insulated. Where do you live? The sewing room. Why live in the garage?

Will your space be air conditioned? It gets pretty hot and humid in Florida.

I have what is called a swamp cooler. Spring and winter are not that bad. And I don’t need to use any kind of cooling. But summer and early fall it definitely gets hot in there. The swamp cooler is filled with water and is designed to circulate cold air in spaces like garages, warehouses, outdoor sheds, etc.

This looks amazing, but aren’t you worried about Palmetto Bugs/Waterbugs? Do they get into your garage?

I had one or two in the beginning but I set a trap out a couple years ago and haven’t seen any since

hello. i know this is an older video, but it was in my suggestions today. i hope you did not keep your water heater covered with sheet. that would be a fire hazzard, particularly if its gas. i am about to snoop around your channel and see if there is more content i'd be interested in, but i noticed that no one else commented on the water heater.
