Acctually, is Black Sabbath x3. this is the song Black Sabbath, from the Black Sabbath album, by the band Black Sabbath...
SO basically its the most Black Sabbath of All Black Sabbaths, The Sabbaths Sabbath
This is an absolute classic. It's SO hard to believe that this was released 50 years ago. These guys are considered the godfathers of metal. Great reaction and great song choice for this spooky season.
I'm so glad I got to listen to the Godfathers of metal! Thats awesome that even after 50 years... Its still so epic!
This is the first Heavy Metal song, by the way. This is the song that started it all.
It could be argued that The Kinks' "You Really Got Me" was first, but this was definitely the first Doom Metal song.
@@ChrisPage68 It could be argued, but I don't agree. Metal is more than just distorted, fuzzy guitars and power chords. Composition and lyrics are key too. There's a reason that Black Sabbath was indisputably Metal, and Zeppelin, Yardbirds, Cream, early Deep Purple and the Kinks are not.
@@maxwellstubbs2510 It's not an argument. I have seen Sabbath myself. I'm not intending to diminish them.
@@ChrisPage68 Didn't say you were. It's ultimately subjective, since music doesn't fall neatly into genre categories, especially when it's a brand new sound. It's my opinion that Coven didn't embody what I feel heavy metal is; you may feel differently, as do all the people who say The Kinks and Led Zeppelin were the first metal acts. The truth is that they all contributed something and none of them, including Sabbath, stayed within any particular set of boundaries. I simply feel that Black Sabbath tied a lot of the elements of those bands together in addition to their own innovations, and thus to me most fully embody what I find the music to represent.
But it's only my opinion. Its not 100% fact. If you feel Coven beat them too the punch, more power to you, I'm sure you have a compelling, well reasoned logic for it.
I am biased as well, Sabbath is still my favorite band of all time
there is before & after Sabbath . They are year zero for all metal
You should recognize that voice, it's a young Ozzy Osbourne on vocals. The lovable bat head biting guy that runs around shouting "SHARON".
Actually, it was a dove, at a record signing at CBS records.
@@travisfoster1071 the bat happened on stage at a show. he would use a rubber one and someone in the audience threw a real bat on the stage and ozzy thought it was the rubber one.
Greatest band of all time.
This is the song that started it all. All heavy metal can be traced back to this one Track.
My favorite Black Sabbath song. This band started the entire heavy metal genre.Check out Snow Blind by Black Sabbath
Those cats were MOSHING! so epic! lol
I know right! Black Sabbath got to them!!
“Mr Crowley” Ozzy
Sabbath best band ever
Even if they had not recorded any other song but just only these last minutes of this song they would be legends!
cats are always associated with the dark arts so when they responded to Sabbath it had me laughing out loud 😂
those cats are good eggs
First song I ever learned on the guitar.
Remember sitting 9 rows from the front of a Black Sabbath concert in 1972. Still haven't recovered🤣🤣🤣
Ozzy at his best.
Interesting back story on Tony Iommi, the lead guitarist. The day he was leaving his factory job to go professional with a band, he accidentally cut the tips off 2 of his fingers. Fretting hand. Now plays with prosthetics. Gives him a unique sound.
The cats obviously like Sabbath🤣🤣
Fun fact: this song is built on the musical interval of an augmented fourth (diminished fifth) which historically was "the devil's interval" back in the early days of music. Of course, nowadays we're advanced beyond that...right? :^)
It kind of wasn’t tho
Alrhough it can be misleading it must be remembered that we did not always tuned to equal temperament 12tone scale
In fact that is more recent (around 18th 19th century) before that we had a different (general) tuning which contained the wolff interval
Which was banned by the church and considered devilish
It just so happened that that thning did not transfer to sheet music which is how with mostly jazz that association started
Fear of the dark from Iron Maiden.
She likes bass players. Allow me to introduce myself lol
😱 Satan killed the battery! 😈 🔋🐱
LOL! I enjoyed your reaction, and hearing this song again!
He totally did!! Thank you so much! Im glad you enjoyed!!
I love your shirt!! Black Sabbathj rules!
The funny thing about Black Sabbath - originators of metal- is how their heavy sound kind of happened on accident. The guitarist, Tony Ionmi, was working in a wood shop, and right before working on their first album, accidentally cut off a fingertip! To be able to play, he fashioned a prosthetic, but had to loosen his strings, to keep it from falling off. Hence, their low, heavy sound. Good job!
One minor correction. It was a metal shop that Tony was working in and cut the tips of his fingers off in a sheet metal shear on his last day there.
Holy moly how did I forget that this song was even a thing? Also, the cats and your shirt just made this so much cooler!
Some more spooky Sabbath from three other eras of Sabbath: "Lady Evil" (bass drives this song) ruclips.net/video/X8DO4EKAztM/видео.html "Disturbing the Priest" ruclips.net/video/3OXLRuu8YQY/видео.html "Eternal Idol" ruclips.net/video/tWIGVvwNvjg/видео.html
They have a huge library of hits . Also if you look on YT , and look up EARTH you would be surprised . EARTH is pre black sabbath .
Thank you so much for reacting to this Tia! I loved this reaction! ❤💜💛
No problem 😊 Im so glad you enjoyed it!!
Tommy Iommi is such a great guitarist, it's interesting how he can play so well, eventhough he has lost some fingertips, haha
Beautiful reaction and review! 😍🇺🇸
Wow, she's a cutie!
Cats started a mosh pit at the end.
That is one messed up dream! Thanks for sharing that? I mean, mine was about Godzilla. This was my first introduction to Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osborne. It was frightening and compelling and I couldn't wait to get to a concert!
Sound like she’s reimagined the omen. With out having watched watched it.
I saw them live at ozfest. Plz more black sabbath. War pigs. talking about the military industrial complex.or just ozzy solo is great
Just subbed I've seen you're jinjer reaction and a few others great channel I'm a 53 year old black male metal head and this band was my introduction to metal back in the 70's been a metal head ever since . With out Tony Iomey and the voice is Ozzy Osbourne we wouldn't have metal the way it is and Eddie Van Halen RIP the guitar of a generation . Know one else was doing this back in the day no fm radio stations just am raido and pop stations the only way to get this was to buy the album . great reaction as always. Peace ✌️ from Alaska
Please do" big bad wolf " by In this moment for your spooky special . Love your reactions , they are so pure and positive.
That's a great suggestion!
Thank you for your suggestion!! I really appreciate it!!
You should do Zombie Apocalypse by Mortician!!! It'd fit the vibes ngl
Uncle Acid & the Deadbeats - Death's Door
50+ Years ago,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Awesome! I’m looking forward to some sweet bass!
So Im 33 and BS is my favorite band of all time, so glad to see you do this. New sub here p.s. you cute af omggg pps the kitties! yesss
Thanks for subbing! I can't believe I hadn't listened to the famous Ozzy before!!
kitty cats know what the fuck
Given your dream, you kinda have to react to “Raining Blood” by Slayer now...
Yeah that’s the album. Raining blood is the song
My cats are so similar but one ginger, one black and white. Its sometimes hard to distinguish between fighting and playing.
Awh cute! yay kitties! I know! I have four male cats so they fight fight every blue moon for dominance but usually they love to just play!! :)
Did you say raining blood?
yep! I had that dream like a billion times as a kid 😂🙈
@@TiaHope Then i recommend the song Raining Blood.
Your reaction was also quite good 😂
NIB would be a great next track😉
Plus it's funny the lyrics are based on a dream there bassest used to have
Late Late Happy Halloween! 👻☠️👺👹👀😎😁
Wow so sweet girl and already metalhead:)))
That shirt looks like a top to a pajama set
Metal, and doom metal both started here.
Stoner too ( song Sweat Leaf )
If you like bass you should listen to the band Iron Maiden song Innocent Exile.
Hey, i would recommend Type O Negative cover of this song, it's even spookier : o
Cat sabbath LOL
You know it's some evil music when it attracts demon cats!
nice reaction!!! please make reaction on paranoid by black sabbath =)
try some Motorhead
Always enjoy your reactions! Try The Lemon Song by Led Zepplin
Hi Tia. When you do reaction to Cradle of Filth?
"That shirt, though!"
Yeah, he stole it from Gallagher.
Listen to lordie.
Ah, you finally saw some of the pioneers of metal, eh! I suggest checking out "scream bloody gore" by Death. They are the pioneer's of death metal and the song is Halloween themed. Well as for "black sabbath" by black sabbath, that first bit was kinda doom metal-esque and the rest was classical heavy metal. They later influenced black metal(Which is filled with the demonic like vibe and often uses scary themes). You should check out some black metal. Here's my suggestions for getting into black metal:
~ Behemoth - Blow your trumpets Gabriel (blackened death metal)
~ BELPHEGOR - Necrodaemon Terrorsathan (blackened death metal)
Other stuff I suggest for spooky month is:
~ Dir En Grey - obscure (experimental metal)
~ Black tongue - second death (downtempo deathcore)
I did! Took me long enough but now I have no regrets! It was great to hear the pioneers! Awesome! I didn't know it was called black metal! Ill definitely jump into your suggestions! Thank you!!
@@TiaHope Black sabbath is not black metal but they did inspire it. They are heavy metal
Hey Tia - React to some Ola Englund. He's an insane Swedish guitar player who frequently puts kittens in his videos. Kittens with devil horns! ;-)
I'll check it out! Thats so awesome!!
Your battery died on Satan? Creepy :)
No joke! So creepy!! I don't think I can wear a funny halloween shirt with a demonic symbol and listen to Black Sabbath at the same time 😂
NIB Black Sabbath
I know it's too late now but this version isn't the best. The live Paris 1970 or even the studio version was better. It sounded like Tony's D string was a bit out of tune at the start or maybe it was how it was recorded.
Unpopular opinion, Black Sabbath the song is over rated (not to say it's not good) but their other songs are absolute BANGERS.
Utube are you a good person by living waters
Song about Nazis? That's what I thought first time I heard this as a young teen. Had my dad listen and he agreed
And I am fall in love with you. 😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍🥰😍😍😍😍😍
You are one beautiful woman! 😍
another weird tunes, try The Doors , the end
That tshirt suggests your a bit more of a metalhead than you think (your a metalhead indie girl my arse) lol enjoy your metal journey
You poor girl, that version sucks compared to the original studio album (IMHO). Love your reaction tho.
Thanks for uploading! If you have a second, we recorded a cover of Van Halen. As fellow music lovers, we'd love if you'd check it out. It's on our page. Don't go too hard on us :)
Who's this Ozzy Osbourne guy?
