@Trish Malone first, see if your insurance covers the procedure. Then, look for a good chiropractor. Let them know that you have neck, shoulders, and back spasms ( I am sure you already do). Do you also have frequent migraines? They are caused by that as well. The indentations from your bras are relevant as well.. The chiropractor should build you a file based on your visits, and you can use that to show your insurance that it's a medical need.

Her nose looks different as well. I saw some older images and the new ones.. hmmm... that shape can't all me make up contouring... something happened with the nose as well.

If I had the money I would consider getting a tweak here and there but after thorough research and find the best board certified plastic surgeon either in Miami or LA. A small tweak at the tip of the nose and dental reconstruction because they are too space and I don't have time for braces at my age and the career I am currently in where you have to communicate a lot with clients face to face. Your smile is everything and worth the investment. I would be terrified with lipo or getting breast augmentation because I am an a cup due to my underlying health issues.
Lipo videos have come across my radar and the results were stunning but also the process was one of those realities you have to sit with for years before getting to a place where it's, yes nows the time
Your smile concerns are a relatively easy fix. Get Invisalign appliances to straighten your teeth. You can whiten them as you straighten them, if that is desired.
