Please don’t let yourself reach that point my friend, that should never ever be an option because we as humans are capable of anything and if ur capable killing ur self your also capable of saving your self from my own suicidal experience exercise was my way out of dark thoughts I feel like it gave me purpose especially when you start to see progress you realize how much you can accomplish with our own hands im down 75lbs and it wasn’t easy but nothing is in this life when it turns u into a better person but I can assure you it’s worth it because you become positive in so many ways that you couldn’t even imagine and trust me that positivity is contagious and you never you might help other dealing with what u are currently ❤️

I wish there was more real help for us but the truth is a lot of us live in very corrupt societies that won’t help people. I hope you find answers and strength that allow your life to improve. Shi Heng Yi has been the most helpful for me.
I had the same experience with another teacher some years ago. It made me realize that what we really mean by “suicide” is a profound willingness and need to change everything right NOW and no idea outside of death on how to do it. Teachers like this show us.
1. The Mind and Body are both as important as each other
2. Sometimes you have to go through something, to develop something.
3. You need others to support you, you cannot do this alone.
4. You don't always directly approach, what you want.
5. You know what you are capable of , you , yourself can bring this out. Potential.
6. No matter where you are from , everyone deals with the same issues.
7. Sometimes you must be a Warrior.

"Sometimes you must be a warrior" was the best rule. Whenever we talk about spirituality we get an idea of peace but no one talks much about the moments when we have to be a warrior. Having the heart of buddha while being a warrior is the toughest lesson in life which needs lot of mental discipline i feel

I don't find bringing up emotions from past, it's like self torment. Past is past. Learn to let go, leave it. Build upon one self. I don't worry on what others may still hanging onto ,that is theirs to deal with.
I use ballet as my method to bring it out of my body, that is my method of being a "pysical" warrior...not many people know the strenght, determination, and discipline of this method

I agree with each and every one of these rules. In my own ways, I have found them all, and I am experiencing everything he is speaking of. I currently work overnights at a warehouse and I see everyone around me falling apart, while it's only making me stronger. Your heart's intent will make or break you and I've gained strength and energy in capacities I didn't know possible. Energy, knowledge, wisdom, strength, and most importantly love, are flowing through me like a nuclear power plant.

And when I'm connected, I know everything I need to know for a moment. Love you all. It's better to hit yourself many times before you judge others falsely and be patient because only time will tell what is right from wrong. I know that very well because life has been hitting me all the time, and I was quiet like still water, but soon I will need to make a waterfall, which will be loud to clear the river and the oceans. I believe in God, not the church God, my God is pure Energy, everything is breathing this powerful energy and everything is energy. That's why it is logical to me what he said! If we spread bad energy, we call bad energy right back to us, if we spread good energy, good will follow. Our body is our temple, our mind knows the differents between good and bad, our soul is the energy and this three things need to be in balance.
