These 8 rules by Shi Heng Yi can not be repeated often enough. I think the sentence “The world is not there to fulfil your expectations” is a wonderful revelation. How many do relate to this understanding?! I think most people don’t. I have listened closely tonight and written down everything I need to be conscious of. Thank you, I appreciate every wording.
We’re always taught how to gain more, how to attain more. How to gain Knowledge, wealth, wisdom, assets, health. What we aren’t taught is how to let go, Just like the trees that let their leaves go we need to be able to let go of the things that need to die. With letting go we finally are able to see we are not the attainable and that’s when we realize life in not linear it is circular and those seasons are going to continue but now there is no fear but love for the experience
One of the best messages from Master Shi Heng Yi. Especially Lession 7: "When you look for something often it is not". I take it as a universal compass to navigate my life. And as I look at my life behind me. And the things that I have experienced, achieved or got, it was never a straight line.
Letting go provides for that someone who is BETTER than you! And I like to say that is the spirit within you that controls reality with you! And before you.
Letting go of control by the limited self, there is great flow from the higher consciousness we haven't fully imagined but begin to conceptualize as we let go and flow with it 🙏@@coreycutler-x3w
When we eat whatever we want, think whatever we want, and do whatever we want, yet lack the discipline to refrain from indulging in things that bring no real benefit, we may ultimately end up living with a soul devoid of true freedom, without even realizing it. Thank you so much Master 🙏🙏🙏😇🌍💞💝
I appreciate how the Mulligan family is creating themes in the presentation of Master Shi Heng Yi's teachings. It makes them even more meaningful and accessible. Thank you, dear Mulligans, and Master Shi Heng Yi too. I watch for these videos every day.
At the 3:00 mark he states a point which I experienced big time. I got my view of the world wrong. It caused me years of suffering and misery. This is a very important lesson.
The only way to fight fear is to confront it. If you don't confront fear head-on it will control you. I use to hide behind closed windows and doors, always fearing someone will see what I am doing and complain about it. After Dalai Lama said to me " how can you fear something that hasn't happened yet!" After those wise words, l confronted my fear of people and opened all my windows and allowed people to see the work I was doing, not fearing they would say something to me. Plus I live in a small town of 198 people. I concurred my fear of people by going to Beijing twice. A city of over 28 million. It's the best thing I have ever done to conquer fear.
Or you accept fear as a emotion of necessity and a natural response of which is relative to all emotions if you allow them to control you , accept the fear and move on you are the master of your mind unless you give you power to the mind and it controls you .. confrontation is a one sided argument that will not always work
I'm extremely grateful for hearing this. The part on where to look for something is opposite.. Really resonates with me, and the laws of polarity...it's such a "simple" lesson and for years I've never understood it until now. Thank you
Thank you Mulligan Bro’s for creating this content. You along with the great master Yi have opened my eyes to a different way of living, a better way of living.
People only learn from experience, often suffering.........that is Life. Also, a beautiful Lotus flower grows from dirt, suffering and happiness are two sides of one coin.
I would do these relaxation techniques at work (which is mentally/spirituality difficult) but I'm not sure others would approve and I need my job. I'm not happy/satisfied with my job or socializing with my coworkers yet I make enough for a good living and I feel a lack of movement and a peaceful mindset.
Anything that is positive is posible humble compassion love if you give you get back if you give hate you will get hate back if you give it all you will get everything you wish.
Here I am in a seat at a table. But this is not my office infact it's a public restaurant. Now I have time restrictions for example (and strict time restrictions specific to me here) that add difficulty to my task of completing a comment. So first I must keep it simple. Then I must find a point of interest per master's discussion and try to learn in order of my comment. Today I like how creating tension solves tension into relaxation. What a great point to understand and master. I am completely free in order to this point it is my way of thinking. But others can't put two things together in order of creating one new whole on their minds. So at this point I will simply thank Master for putting himself online for me to learn.
Angst kann auch vom.großen Nutzen sein, beispielsweise für einen Neustart im Leben oder eine große Herausforderung. Innere Einstellung ist entscheidend. 🙏✌️🍀❤️
As he said about goals, meaning and potential, I always wanted to be a Royal Marine and unfortunately I was not willing to put in the effort but now I study Ornithology, I have a love of birds which cannot be understood. I cannot explain why. But I tried for one goal for very long yet in reality my destiny for this life was different
i always think of all the fear and overwheleming times..i look back and i must of dealt with it somehow,,i think we create fear in the moment then forget what we worried aout this time five years ago because it was nothing to fear..just ride it and whats the worst that can happen? unless you have done real wrong anything we face is just a experience that passes park all the traumas and say thank you for that one step up the ladder of understanding

I have been to some of the villages in Bihar where the Buddha taught the four noble truths. One of them is Bhatgawan mispronounounced as Bandagawan in the Mahaparinirvana story. Very educative. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.

It’s finding the middle way of your Karma. Keep meditating. Do not espouse your ideals or ideas. Also a doctrine.
And prospering doesn't necessarily mean achievement.
