Great video - I have a Cabasa / chimes combo and trying to figure out which side of My canon I want to put it on. Would be great if you did an overhead view (your POV looking down at cajon) playing the groove for a few bars so we could practice playing along with it. Love yer vids.
Hey there RW 204! Thank you for the love! Sure I could do that. So you'd just want me to play the cabasa to any groove and have an overhead view correct?
Hi Tharusha, good question. You don’t have to remove the handle. Click on the following link and you’ll see the cabasa that I’m using in this video: www.schlagwerk.com/en/products/cajon-add-ons/cajon-cabasa/ It’s a cajon cabasa that works as an add-on! Have fun drumming!
Kamal, you are a great player. Do you know if it is possible mount Cajon Cabasa and Heck Stick on the same side? I feel it would be optimum to have both available.
Hi there! Thank you for your kind words! Unfortunately that's something I haven't figured out yet. As you've mentioned, it would be great to be able to do that. But I haven't worked around it. My apologies.
I am wondering that you are playing the cabasa with your right hand. Are you left handed, or have you used to play hihat on drums with your right hand??
Hey Matthias, good question, Im not left handed. I just feel it's more comfortable for me to play patterns on the cabasa with my right hand...it makes more sense to me...but you can put it on either side to see what fits you 😊
Wow cool bro. Good to see you
So good to hear from you brother ❤️
Fantastic, Harjas! I will be your remote student from now on.
It is but my utmost honour sir!!!

@@KamalBensra Thanks for your reply Kamal! I am thinking about this, because Schlagwerk only has ONE fixing set for one side in the box....
@@matthiasklose7789 You can place it on the either side
