Amazing how pertinent that was to me. I too had an emotional release with the meditation. I've been thinking along these lines and when you hear someone articulate your own thoughts, especially when it so raw and deep, it is astounding. I cried real tears there. Thank you.

Great stuff. This definitely makes me re-evaluate my motives in awakening. I mean I do want to suffer less. Not going to lie. I do want more peace and happiness in my life. But I do find myself avoiding life in order to pursue awakening. I've got this idea that I can't fully live until I'm awakened. Meanwhile, life is just passing me by
