Brother I been knowing about this type of information but not to this degree as no channel lays it out so simply let alone talk about it, please keep up the hard work brother
Hi Frank. excellent breakdown about retention. my recovery journey which i started properly on september 2022 till today is a life changing one for me. Had some relapses to P 2 months ago but then no MO. It kind of puts my progress backwards abit but then can see the overall progress is still good. for my extreme case i almost thought i had no hope in life at one point, your contents were life changing for me. one of the scariest addiction one can ever experience tbh if it goes too extreme. Exercise physically improved me , while meditation helped to recover the brain. it is also important to not engage in any stressful things in this period because it can disrupt the progress too.
Wow! Thanks for sharing your story, your progress, and your challenges. I'm glad my contents were of help to you bro! Keep going, keep getting better! And you're right, this addiction is scary and can be devastating. And yet, many are not even aware of the dangers of PMOing. Thanks for the comment
