I have kind of a special request, would you have fun looking into "I Make My Own Rules" by Flea, Dave Navarro and Chad Smith? I know its not really a RHCP Song, but man.. such a funky & aggressive bassline, complemented by Daves guitar playing, which is always awesome! Not to forget Chad Smith who absolutely smashes the drums as usual!

You nailed it brother. My only critique is that you may have the reverb on the wrong side in stereo. It sounds like it’s on the right but should be on the left. Then again I could be wrong and it’s really no big deal, but since you’re on the verge of perfection, I thought I’d share 😂.
Thank you for your hard work, your gear cover videos are amazing! Can I ask how your guitar is plugged into silver jubilee in isolation 1:58? I tried to do the same settings with softube jubilee plugin and no pedals but my sound stays so crappy not even close to your isolated jubilee sound
I used the Palmer Triage to switch the Major off so you can hear the Silver Jubilee only. I think there is still a big difference between a real amp and a digital emulation. I own the Gallien Krueger 800rb from Brainworx (UAD) and it doesn’t sound the same as my real bass amp at all.
Been thinking about getting an Empryean pedal for a long while… in your opinion, is it worth the price tag? I already have a ce-1 (Past Fx clone) for the preamp so I won’t get use there but none of the other 4 pedals. P.S. please continue making a pedals and settings video for each cover!
The Empyrean sounds great and is built like a tank. It’s worth the price tag if you’re interested in all those different Frusciante Fuzz tones for sure!
Do you know any songs/live performances that John used the Fuzz Factory? I know that he used it on “Water” and on the Slane Castle intro, but I’m curious if he used it on other contexts

Ik heb hem direct via jfxpedals.com Ik vind het heel moeilijk om voor iemand anders te bepalen of het wel of niet z’n geld waard is. Het pedaal klinkt fantastisch en is stevig als een huis maar het is idd vrij prijzig en als je hem via de website besteld moet je ook nog invoertaxen betalen.

So Frusciante didn’t use a separate pedal from what you showed before your set up right? Did he adjust the chorus pedal then?
On tracks maybe, otherwise he kicks in the mxr micro amp which sounds very similar and functions as a boost, so it will make the effevt stronger.
Was can’t stop recorded with a Tele or a strat ?
I wasn’t there but I think he used the Telecaster….
