    I am experiencing palpitation, chest pain and shortness of breathing for the past few weeks.
    After doing the yoga as per your instructions, I am really feeling fresh and my palpitation, chest pain and breathing problem has reduced to some extent.
    I am planning to do this yoga every day as possible.

      i have anxiety disorders too! generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, panic attacks and etc. I can't take meds cuz first they are horrible for you and second they gave me stomach ulcers & h pylor & gerd..so i cant even take it even if I wanted too.

    I am experiencing palpitation, anxiety, High BP,panick attack as a result of caffeine which i took.. After trying this, i feel better. I will try to do this every morning

    Thank you mam 😊🙏🙏today my finals exams are finished I take too tension,stress,anxiety which leads to problems in my heart and stomach but from tomorrow I will start this yoga poses first time in life.       It helps with my anxiety which is causing me chest pains and palpitations and now i feel relaxed😊 i hope by doing this everyday makes me feel well😊
