With it right up to entering the code. How? Where? The power and volume still don’t work. We have to use the Samsung remote to turn on and adjust volume.

samsung codes are 1207, 1350, 1002, 1016, 1346, 1195, 1024, 1257, 1013, 1034 You must try each to find the one for your TV
