Why does it keep buffering? It’s been like this all day. Literally rebooted 20 time and not even exaggerating
Buffering issue is horrendous. Unless they fix this, I would not get tv through them. I know it’s not just me. My neighbors are having the same problem

The remote is too small for seniors. HELP

How do you prevent the box from shutting off after x amount of hours, I have screensaver set to never
Hi! Please select Menu- Device Settings- Device Preferences- More and you should find the option to "Turn Standby Off." If you still need assistance Please reach back out! Thank you!- Angi
@@altafiber There is no “More” option under Device preferences. Any other way to access being able to turn standby off? It’s really annoying.
Hello Tina! Under Device Settings, Device Preferences, you should see a section for Screen Saver Mode and this can be edited. Thank you! Angi
@@altafiberscreen saver is set to never and the box still goes into standby. The screen saver is not the same as standby.
